广西城市职业大学坐落于祖国的南疆国门城市—崇左市，学校前身为创办于2005年的广西城市职业学院，2018年经教育部批准升格为职业本科院校，2019年更名为广西城市职业大学，是全国首批、广西第一所全日制职业本科学校。学校选择非营利性办学，秉承“明德、厚学、维新、笃行”校训精神，致力于培养具备社会责任感、劳模精神、工匠精神和敬业精神，具有创新实践能力的高层次技术技能人才。

Guangxi City Vocational University is located in Chongzuo City, a gateway city in the southern border of China. The university was formerly known as Guangxi City Vocational College, founded in 2005. In 2018, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to be upgraded to a vocational undergraduate institution, and in 2019, it was renamed Guangxi City Vocational University, becoming one of the first full-time vocational undergraduate schools in China and the first in Guangxi. The university chooses non-profit education and adheres to the school motto of "Virtue, Erudition, Innovation, and Practice", committed to cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents with social responsibility, model worker spirit, craftsmanship spirit, professionalism, and innovative practical ability.

学校设崇左校区、空港校区和学研产职校区等3个校区，校园占地面积2011.00亩，建筑面积75.57万平方米。教学科研仪器设备总值3.96亿元。图书馆馆藏纸质图书181.74万册，电子图书148.16万册。学校打造数字校园、智慧校园，已实现5G无线网络全覆盖。设有智能工程学院、汽车工程学院等12个教学单位，开设27个四年制本科专业、23个两年制本科专业和53个专科专业，构建东盟边贸产业、新兴智能产业等五大产业专业群，形成以工科为主、多科性协调发展的专业体系。

The university has three campuses: Chongzuo Campus, Airport Campus, and School-Research-Production-Vocational Campus, covering an area of 2011.00 mu with a building area of 755,700 square meters. The total value of teaching and research instruments and equipment is 396 million yuan. The library has 1.8174 million paper books and 1.4816 million e-books. The university has built a digital and smart campus with full coverage of 5G wireless networks. It has 12 teaching units including the School of Intelligent Engineering and the School of Automotive Engineering, offering 27 four-year undergraduate programs, 23 two-year undergraduate programs, and 53 junior college programs. It has constructed five major industry professional groups such as ASEAN border trade industry and emerging intelligent industry, forming a multi-disciplinary professional system with engineering as the main focus and coordinated development.

学校构建以“双养工程”（教师修养德能、学生养成认知）为核心的立德树人育人体系，以“AI+专业”模式教学，采取“通识教育+职业技能教育+继续教育”和“将企业引入校园、技术引入教材、产品引入课堂、大师引入教室，学校融入园区、教师融入企业、教学融入车间、学生融入岗位”的教学模式，做到专业跟着产业走、培养围着需求转。近三年连续被评为广西壮族自治区普通高等学校就业创业工作突出单位，先后荣获广西民办高等教育发展突出贡献奖、自治区文明单位等荣誉称号。

The university has constructed a moral education system centered on the "Double Cultivation Project" (teachers cultivate moral ability and students cultivate cognition). It adopts the "AI + major" teaching model, and implements the teaching mode of "general education + vocational skill education + continuing education" and "introducing enterprises into the campus, technologies into teaching materials, products into classrooms, masters into classrooms, integrating the university into the park, teachers into enterprises, teaching into workshops, and students into positions", ensuring that majors follow industries and training revolves around needs. In the past three years, it has been continuously rated as an outstanding unit for employment and entrepreneurship work among ordinary colleges and universities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and has successively won honors such as the Outstanding Contribution Award for the Development of Private Higher Education in Guangxi and the Civilized Unit of the Autonomous Region.
