广西幼儿师范高等专科学校是广西唯一一所独立建制的幼儿师范高等学校，前身是1938年由著名幼儿教育家张雪门创办的北平香山慈幼院桂林分院广西幼稚师范学校，2009年3月经教育部批准升格为高等专科学校，直属广西壮族自治区教育厅管理。学校现有东盟、青秀、平果三个校区，占地总面积1800余亩，全日制在校学生16000余人，开设有学前教育、特殊教育、艺术教育等35个专业（方向），形成了以学前教育为龙头、特殊教育为特色、艺术类专业为亮点的专业结构体系。

Guangxi College for Preschool Education is the only independent preschool normal college in Guangxi. Its predecessor was the Guangxi Kindergarten Normal School, a branch of the Beijing Xiangshan Ciyouyuan in Guilin founded by renowned preschool education expert Zhang Xuemen in 1938. Approved by the Ministry of Education in March 2009, it was upgraded to a higher vocational college directly under the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Department of Education. The college has three campuses (ASEAN, Qingxiu, and Pingguo) covering a total area of over 1,800 mu, with more than 16,000 full-time students. It offers 35 majors (directions) including Preschool Education, Special Education, and Art Education, forming a professional structure system led by preschool education, featuring special education, and highlighting art-related majors.

学校是广西壮族自治区幼儿教师培训中心、特殊教育师资培训中心挂靠单位，拥有1所自治区级示范附属实验幼儿园。办学80余年来，累计培养幼教人才10万余名，被誉为“民族地区稚慧幼儿教师培养的领跑者”，在2023软科中国高职院校排名中位列师范类第一名，是国家教育体制改革试点技术支撑单位、全国职业院校残疾人康复人才培养改革试点单位，荣获“全国教育系统先进集体”“国家级幼儿教师示范性集中培训项目培训机构”等称号。

The college hosts the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Preschool Teacher Training Center and Special Education Teacher Training Center, and has one autonomous region-level demonstration affiliated experimental kindergarten. Over 80 years of办学, it has trained more than 100,000 preschool education talents, known as "the leader in cultivating wise preschool teachers in ethnic regions". Ranked first in normal vocational colleges in the 2023 Soft Science China Vocational College Rankings, it is a technical support unit for national education system reform pilots and a national vocational college reform pilot unit for disabled rehabilitation talent training. It has been awarded titles such as "National Advanced Collective in Education System" and "National Demonstrative Training Institution for Preschool Teachers".
