河北美术学院是经教育部批准设立的民办全日制普通本科艺术类高校，位于河北省石家庄市。学校始建于2002年，2011年升格为本科院校并更名为河北美术学院，2015年获批学士学位授予权，2016年成为硕士学位授予立项建设单位，2019年通过本科教学工作合格评估。

Hebei Academy of Fine Arts is a private full-time general undergraduate art college approved by the Ministry of Education, located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. Founded in 2002, the school was upgraded to an undergraduate institution and renamed Hebei Academy of Fine Arts in 2011. It was granted the right to confer bachelor's degrees in 2015, became a project construction unit for master's degree authorization in 2016, and passed the undergraduate teaching qualification assessment in 2019.

学校现有南北两个校区，占地7035亩，建筑面积72.46万平方米，设有造型艺术学院、书法学院、设计学院等6个二级学院，开设39个本科专业。其中数字媒体艺术、艺术与科技为国家级一流专业建设点，书法学、环境设计等6个专业为省级一流专业建设点，拥有省级重点发展学科1个，省级专业综合改革试点1个。

The school currently has two campuses, south and north, covering an area of 7035 mu with a building area of 724,600 square meters. It has 6 secondary colleges including the School of Plastic Arts, School of Calligraphy, and School of Design, offering 39 undergraduate majors. Among them, Digital Media Art and Art and Technology are national first-class professional construction sites, 6 majors such as Calligraphy and Environmental Design are provincial first-class professional construction sites, with 1 provincial key development discipline and 1 provincial professional comprehensive reform pilot.

学校先后获得"中国民办高等教育优秀院校""河北省文化产业示范基地""京津冀最美大学"等荣誉，入选中国非物质文化遗产传承人研修培训计划高校，建有校外实践教学基地近200个，大学生创新创业城（鸡鸣城）为学生提供实践创新平台。

The school has successively won honors such as "Excellent Private Higher Education Institution in China", "Hebei Provincial Cultural Industry Demonstration Base", and "Most Beautiful University in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region". It was selected into the college for the training program of inheritors of Chinese intangible cultural heritage, with nearly 200 off-campus practical teaching bases. The College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship City (Jiming City) provides a practical innovation platform for students.
