河北科技师范学院坐落于中国河北省秦皇岛市，是一所具有硕士学位授予权的省属公办普通高等学校，以“农、教”为特色，工、理、文、法、经济、管理、艺术等多学科协调发展。学校办学历史可追溯至1941年建立的昌黎农业职业学校，历经多次发展与更名，于2003年正式定名为河北科技师范学院，2024年获批博士学位授予立项建设单位。

Hebei Normal University of Science & Technology is located in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, China. It is a public ordinary higher education institution under the provincial government with the right to confer master's degrees. Featuring "agriculture and education", it develops coordinatedly in multiple disciplines such as engineering, science, liberal arts, law, economics, management, and art. The university's educational history can be traced back to Changli Agricultural Vocational School founded in 1941. After several developments and name changes, it was officially named Hebei Normal University of Science & Technology in 2003 and approved as a doctoral degree-granting project construction unit in 2024.

学校现有秦皇岛、昌黎、开发区三个校区，占地面积1400余亩，教学科研仪器设备总值2.3亿元，馆藏图书180万册。设有77个本科专业，涵盖9大学科门类，拥有7个硕士学位授权一级学科及6种硕士专业学位授权类别，是京津冀地区重要的应用型人才培养和科研创新基地，尤其在农业技术推广、基础教育师资培养领域具有深厚积淀。

The university currently has three campuses in Qinhuangdao, Changli, and Development Zone, covering an area of over 1,400 mu. The total value of teaching and research instruments and equipment is 230 million yuan, and the library has 1.8 million books. It offers 77 undergraduate majors covering 9 disciplines, with 7 first-level disciplines authorized for master's degrees and 6 types of professional master's degree authorizations. It is an important base for applied talent cultivation and scientific research innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, especially with profound accumulation in agricultural technology promotion and basic education teacher training.
