鹤岗师范高等专科学校是2002年经国家教育部批准的公办全日制普通高等学校，其前身是始建于1958年的鹤岗市师范学校及鹤岗矿务局师范学校、鹤岗财经学校，至今已有63年的办学历史。

Hegang Normal College is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Ministry of Education in 2002. Its predecessors are Hegang Normal School, Hegang Mining Bureau Normal School and Hegang Finance and Economics School, which were founded in 1958. It has a 63-year history of running a school.

学校地处黑龙江、松花江、小兴安岭“两江一岭”围成的金三角区域—鹤岗市，坐落在黑龙江流域美丽的梧桐河畔。学校设有人文教育系、小学教育系、学前教育系、外语系、体育系、职业技术系、思想政治理论课教学科研部7个系部，专业涵盖教育、管理、技术等多个领域。

The school is located in Hegang City, the golden triangle area surrounded by Heilongjiang, Songhua River and Xiaoxing'an Mountains, and is located on the beautiful Wutong River in the Heilongjiang River basin. The school has 7 departments, including the Department of Humanities Education, the Department of Primary Education, the Department of Preschool Education, the Department of Foreign Languages, the Department of Physical Education, the Department of Vocational Technology, and the Teaching and Research Department of Ideological and Political Theory. The majors cover education, management, technology and other fields.
