和君职业学院是经江西省人民政府批准设立、教育部备案的非营利性全日制民办普通高等职业院校，位于国家历史文化名城江西省赣州市，拥有和君教育小镇本部校区、赣县区稀金产业学院校区及会昌戏剧小镇和声戏剧技术学院校区三个校区，纳入全国统一招生计划，具有独立颁发国家高等教育学历证书资格，是江西省双高计划建设院校，稀土材料技术专业为省级高水平专业群，同时为国家级稀有金属市域产教联合体核心成员，与江西理工大学联合培养本科层次人才。

Hejun Vocational College is a non-profit full-time private higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Jiangxi Province and registered with the Ministry of Education. Located in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, a national historical and cultural city, it has three campuses: the headquarters campus in Hejun Education Town, the Rare Metal Industry College campus in Ganxian District, and the Hesheng Theatre Technology College campus in Huichang Theatre Town. Included in the national unified enrollment plan, it has the qualification to independently issue national higher education academic certificates. It is a construction college of Jiangxi Provincial Double-High Plan, with rare earth material technology as a provincial high-level professional group. It is also a core member of the national rare metal city-region industry-education consortium and jointly cultivates undergraduate-level talents with Jiangxi University of Science and Technology.

学校秉持“产业为本、校企一体”的产教融合办学理念，构建了“三观品行（Virtue）、身心健康（Wellness）、通识博雅（Liberal Arts）、专业知识（Professional Knowledge）、实践技能（Practice）”五位一体（VWLPP）人才培养体系，开设稀土材料技术、智能机电技术、体育运营与管理等13个专业，现有专兼职教职员工313人，未来计划引进博士人才近100人，致力于培养高素质技术技能人才，促进学生高质量充分就业。

Adhering to the school-running philosophy of "industry-oriented, school-enterprise integration" for industry-education integration, the college has constructed a five-in-one (VWLPP) talent training system of "Virtue, Wellness, Liberal Arts, Professional Knowledge, and Practice". It offers 13 majors such as rare earth material technology, intelligent electromechanical technology, and sports operation and management. There are 313 full-time and part-time faculty members, and it plans to introduce nearly 100 doctoral talents in the future, committed to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents and promoting high-quality and full employment of students.
