黑龙江冰雪体育职业学院是经教育部备案、黑龙江省人民政府批准、由黑龙江省体育局主管的公办高等职业专科学校，成立于2013年，是全国首家以冰雪体育为主要特色的高等职业院校。学院位于哈尔滨市松北区滨水大道8801号，总建筑面积30万平方米，紧傍松花江，地处国家级湿地保护区和国家生态旅游示范区内。

Heilongjiang Ice and Snow Sports Vocational College is a public higher vocational college approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government, registered with the Ministry of Education, and administered by the Heilongjiang Provincial Sports Bureau. Founded in 2013, it is the first higher vocational college in China featuring ice and snow sports. Located at No. 8801 Binshui Avenue, Songbei District, Harbin, the college covers a total construction area of 300,000 square meters, adjacent to the Songhua River and situated within a national wetland reserve and national eco-tourism demonstration zone.

学院以“一体两翼”为专业布局，开设运动训练、冰雪运动与管理、体育运营与管理、康复治疗技术等特色专业，其中标准化技术（冰雪产业方向）为全国第二批开设的高职院校专业。学院牵头起草11项冰雪运动国家标准，承担全国体育标准化技术委员会冰雪运动标准化工作组秘书处职责，2024年被评为国家级服务业标准化试点建设单位。

With a "one body, two wings" professional layout, the college offers特色 majors such as Sports Training, Ice and Snow Sports and Management, Sports Operation and Management, and Rehabilitation Therapy Technology. Among them, Standardization Technology (Ice and Snow Industry Direction) is the second batch of majors offered by higher vocational colleges in China. The college has led the drafting of 11 national standards for ice and snow sports, undertaken the secretariat职责 of the Ice and Snow Sports Standardization Working Group of the National Sports Standardization Technical Committee, and was rated as a national service industry standardization pilot construction unit in 2024.

学院深化产教融合，与200余家企业建立合作关系，共建实习实训基地，形成“校企携手、工学结合”的人才培养模式。同时承担黑龙江省体育局运动创伤医院、哈尔滨市全民健身中心等社会服务职能，为冰雪体育产业发展培养了大批高素质技术技能人才，毕业生就业率常年保持高位。

The college deepens industry-education integration, has established cooperative relations with more than 200 enterprises, and jointly built internship and training bases, forming a talent training model of "school-enterprise cooperation and work-study integration". It also undertakes social service functions such as the Heilongjiang Provincial Sports Bureau Sports Trauma Hospital and Harbin National Fitness Center, cultivating a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for the development of the ice and snow sports industry, with the employment rate of graduates remaining high all year round.
