哈尔滨音乐学院是黑龙江省唯一独立设置的公办本科音乐院校，成立于2016年，坐落于哈尔滨市松北区，校园环境优美，教学设施先进。学院以培养高素质音乐专业人才为目标，注重传统音乐文化传承与创新，设有作曲与作曲技术理论、音乐学、音乐表演等多个本科专业，涵盖声乐、器乐、指挥等多个方向。

Harbin Conservatory of Music is the only independent public undergraduate music college in Heilongjiang Province. Founded in 2016, it is located in Songbei District, Harbin, with a beautiful campus environment and advanced teaching facilities.
