顺化大学自1957年成立以来，始终是越南中部地区重要的学术和科研中心，为越南的工业化和现代化进程培养了大量合格人才，在越南高等教育体系中占据重要地位。作为大型非营利性公立高等教育机构，学校经越南教育部认证，提供本科、硕士及博士层次的教育课程，涵盖自然科学、社会科学、医药、教育、农林、艺术、外语、法学、旅游、工程技术等多个领域，现有146个本科课程、102个硕士课程及55个博士课程。

Since its establishment in 1957, Hue University has been recognized as a key academic and research center in central Vietnam. It has successfully established its position in Vietnam's higher education system by cultivating qualified talents for the country's industrialization and modernization. As a large non-profit public higher education institution accredited by the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, the university offers educational programs at undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels, covering various fields such as natural sciences, social sciences, medicine, education, agriculture and forestry, arts, foreign languages, law, tourism, and engineering technology. Currently, it provides 146 undergraduate programs, 102 master's programs, and 55 doctoral programs.

学校师资力量雄厚，拥有272名教授和副教授、743名博士及1438名硕士，同时配备了众多实验室、研究中心和研究所，如医药大学医院、资源与环境研究所、生物技术研究所等。在国际交流方面，顺化大学积极推动与全球高校的合作，已与美国、欧洲、澳大利亚、日本、韩国等国家和地区的大学签署了196多份合作备忘录，并加入多个国际学术组织，致力于提升学术影响力和国际化水平。

The university boasts a strong faculty, including 272 professors and associate professors, 743 doctors, and 1438 masters. It is also equipped with numerous laboratories, research centers, and institutes, such as the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, the Institute of Resources and Environment, and the Institute of Biotechnology. In terms of international exchange, Hue University actively promotes cooperation with global universities, having signed over 196 memorandums of understanding with universities in the United States, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and other countries and regions. It has also joined several international academic organizations, committed to enhancing its academic influence and internationalization level.
