内蒙古鸿德文理学院前身为内蒙古师范大学鸿德学院，是经教育部批准设立的全日制民办本科高校，于2008年开始本科生招生，2020年3月转设为独立设置的民办本科高校，成为内蒙古自治区首家此类院校。学校位于呼和浩特市，交通便利，毗邻多所文化场馆，校园环境优美，先后被评为呼和浩特市园林式单位和首府花园式校园。

Inner Mongolia Honder College of Arts and Sciences, formerly known as Honder College of Inner Mongolia Normal University, is a full-time private undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. It started enrolling undergraduate students in 2008 and was transformed into an independent private undergraduate college in March 2020, becoming the first such institution in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Located in Hohhot, the college enjoys convenient transportation and is adjacent to multiple cultural venues. Its beautiful campus has been successively rated as a Garden-style Unit of Hohhot and a Garden-style Campus of the capital.

学校以“立校为公、执教报国”为办学理念，坚持社会主义办学方向，注重教学质量与学生管理，实施“四查制度”和“团建五大工程”。现设有经济学、教育学、文学、工学、管理学和艺术学6大学科门类，涵盖30个本科专业，其中学前教育、英语等7个专业为自治区一流本科专业建设点，在校生约1.8万人，已培养毕业生2.7万余名，赢得良好社会口碑。

Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Establishing the College for the Public, Teaching for the Country", the college adheres to the socialist orientation in running schools, focuses on teaching quality and student management, and implements the "Four-inspection System" and "Five Projects of League Building". It now offers 6 disciplines including Economics, Education, Literature, Engineering, Management, and Art, covering 30 undergraduate majors. Among them, 7 majors such as Preschool Education and English are autonomous region-level first-class undergraduate major construction sites. The college has approximately 18,000 students and has trained more than 27,000 graduates, winning a good social reputation.
