吉林工程技术师范学院简介

吉林工程技术师范学院是具有硕士学位授予权的省属全日制普通本科高校,地处吉林省长春市。学校是国务院批准成立的首批本科职业师范院校,也是目前东北三省和内蒙古地区唯一独立设置的全日制本科职业师范院校,被誉为“职业教育师资的摇篮”。经过66年建设与发展,学校已成为具有鲜明职教教师教育特色的吉林省特色高水平应用型大学,被教育部确定为全国重点建设职业教育师资培训基地,是吉林省职教师资保障体系建设牵头单位、吉林省重点建设职教师资基地。

Jilin Engineering Normal University is a provincial full-time ordinary undergraduate university with the right to grant master's degrees, located in Changchun City, Jilin Province. It is one of the first undergraduate vocational normal colleges approved by the State Council and currently the only independently established full-time undergraduate vocational normal college in the three northeastern provinces and Inner Mongolia. Known as "the cradle of vocational education teachers", after 66 years of construction and development, the university has become a distinctive high-level application-oriented university in Jilin Province with characteristics of vocational education teacher training. It has been designated by the Ministry of Education as a national key construction vocational education teacher training base, and serves as the leading unit for the construction of vocational education teacher guarantee system in Jilin Province and a key construction vocational education teacher base in the province.

学校始建于1959年,前身为吉林省劳动厅技工学校;1979年经国务院批准成立吉林技工师范学院,开展本科教育,隶属原国家劳动总局;1983年划归吉林省管理并更名为吉林职业师范学院;2000年8月,吉林省经济贸易学校并入;2002年2月,经教育部批准更名为吉林工程技术师范学院;2015年8月,吉林省国际商务学校并入。2021年,获批为硕士学位授予单位,2023年9月开始招收硕士专业学位研究生。学校现有凯旋、长德两个校区,校园占地面积89万平方米,建筑面积35万余平方米,教学仪器设备总值逾3.2亿元,中外文藏书114万册。设有12个教学单位、6个学部及4个研究单位,开设本科专业51个,涵盖教育学、工学、理学等八大学科门类,拥有9个硕士专业学位授权点。

The university was founded in 1959, formerly known as the Technical School of Jilin Provincial Labor Department. In 1979, it was approved by the State Council to establish Jilin Technical Teacher's College to carry out undergraduate education, affiliated to the former State Labor Administration. In 1983, it was transferred to Jilin Province and renamed Jilin Vocational Normal College. In August 2000, Jilin Provincial Economic and Trade School was merged into the university. In February 2002, it was renamed Jilin Engineering Normal University with the approval of the Ministry of Education. In August 2015, Jilin Provincial International Business School was merged into the university. In 2021, it was approved as a master's degree-granting unit, and began enrolling master's degree students in September 2023. The university now has two campuses, Kaixuan and Changde, covering an area of 890,000 square meters with a building area of over 350,000 square meters. The total value of teaching instruments and equipment exceeds 320 million yuan, and the collection of Chinese and foreign books amounts to 1.14 million volumes. It has 12 teaching units, 6 academic divisions and 4 research units, offering 51 undergraduate majors covering eight disciplines including education, engineering, and science, with 9 master's professional degree authorization points.

学校实施人才强校战略,现有教职工1055人,专任教师831人,其中高级职称393人,博士301人,“双师型”教师500人;享受国务院政府津贴7人,吉林省突出贡献专家等省级人才38人。拥有全国高校黄大年式教师团队1个、国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队1个,省级优秀教学团队7个。学校紧密结合国家发展战略和区域特色,形成5个省级特色高水平学科(群),4个国家一流本科专业建设点、2个国家特色专业。深化产教融合,与440多家企业建立合作关系,建有智能制造国家级现代产业学院等育人平台,荣获国家级教学成果二等奖7项,近年来毕业生就业去向落实率持续保持在90%以上。

The university implements the strategy of strengthening the university with talents, with 1,055 faculty members and 831 full-time teachers, including 393 with senior titles, 301 with doctoral degrees, and 500 "double-qualified" teachers. There are 7 recipients of special government allowances from the State Council and 38 provincial-level talents such as Jilin Provincial Outstanding Contribution Experts. It has 1 National College Huang Danian-style Teacher Team, 1 National Vocational Education Teacher Teaching Innovation Team, and 7 provincial excellent teaching teams. Closely aligning with national development strategies and regional characteristics, the university has formed 5 provincial-level characteristic high-level disciplines (groups), 4 national first-class undergraduate major construction sites, and 2 national characteristic majors. It has deepened industry-education integration, established cooperative relations with over 440 enterprises, and built education platforms such as the National Modern Industry College of Intelligent Manufacturing. It has won 7 second prizes of National Teaching Achievements, and the employment rate of graduates has remained above 90% in recent years.
