济南职业学院是由济南市政府举办的全日制高等职业院校，办学历史可追溯至1952年成立的济南教育学院，2004年由原济南教育学院、济南机械职工大学、济南职工科技大学合并组建。学校是国家骨干高职院校、国家优质高职院校、国家“双高计划”建设单位，总占地面积800余亩，教学科研设备值2.3亿元，馆藏图书137万册，现有全日制在校生15000余人。

Jinan Vocational College is a full-time higher vocational college run by the Jinan Municipal Government. Its educational history can be traced back to Jinan Institute of Education founded in 1952. It was established in 2004 through the merger of the former Jinan Institute of Education, Jinan Machinery Workers' University, and Jinan Staff University of Science and Technology. The college is a national backbone higher vocational college, a national high-quality higher vocational college, and a national "Double High Plan" construction unit, covering a total area of more than 800 mu, with teaching and research equipment worth 230 million yuan, 1.37 million books in its collection, and more than 15,000 full-time students.

学校设立14个教学院部，开设45个专业，重点打造机电一体化技术、软件技术两个中国特色高水平专业群，建设信息通信设备制造与应用、创意文旅等4个省级高水平专业群，拥有5个中央财政支持建设重点专业、7个国家骨干专业。近年来，学生在全国职业院校技能大赛中获一等奖9项，在中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛中获3金1银5铜，每年向社会输送4800余名毕业生，育人典型经验三次登上央视《新闻联播》，获评全国职业院校育人成效50强。

The college has 14 teaching departments and offers 45 majors. It focuses on building two China特色 high-level professional groups in mechatronics technology and software technology, and four provincial-level high-level professional groups such as information and communication equipment manufacturing and application, and creative cultural tourism. It has 5 key majors supported by the central finance and 7 national backbone majors. In recent years, students have won 9 first prizes in the National Vocational College Skills Competition and 3 gold, 1 silver and 5 bronze medals in the China International "Internet +" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. It sends more than 4,800 graduates to the society every year. Its typical education experience has been featured on CCTV's "News Network" three times and it has been rated as one of the top 50 national vocational colleges in education effectiveness.

学校积极推进国际交流合作，服务“一带一路”倡议，为13个沿线国家培养全日制留学生245名，机电一体化技术专业教学标准输出至多个国家，与德国、英国等7个国家的45家行业龙头企业建立稳定合作关系，创新构建“14322中国特色学徒制”人才培养模式，实现“招生即招工、入学即入职”，毕业生就业率和企业满意度保持高位。

The college actively promotes international exchanges and cooperation, serves the "Belt and Road" initiative, has trained 245 full-time international students from 13 countries along the route, and exported the teaching standards of mechatronics technology to many countries. It has established stable cooperative relations with 45 leading enterprises in 7 countries including Germany and the United Kingdom, innovatively built the "14322 Chinese characteristics apprenticeship" talent training model, realizing "enrollment is recruitment, admission is employment", and the employment rate of graduates and enterprise satisfaction remain high.
