江西环境工程职业学院是江西省政府直属、省教育厅代管的全日制公办高职学院，创办于1953年，坐落于江西省赣州市。学校历经赣州林业学校、江西共大油山分校、江西省第一林校等发展阶段，2002年升格为高职院校并启用现名，是江西省首批升格的高职院校。作为国家优质专科高职院校、中国特色高水平专业群建设单位，学校以生态环境为特色，形成了“环境、工程”两大核心学科体系，现有章贡、龙南两个校区，占地面积千余亩，全日制在校学生近1.8万人。

Jiangxi Environmental Engineering Vocational College is a full-time public vocational college directly under the Jiangxi Provincial Government and administered by the Provincial Department of Education. Founded in 1953 and located in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, the college has undergone development stages such as Ganzhou Forestry School, You shan Branch of Jiangxi Communist Labor University, and Jiangxi First Forestry School. It was upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2002 and adopted its current name, being one of the first upgraded vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province. As a national high-quality junior college and a construction unit of China's distinctive high-level professional groups, the college features ecological environment and has formed two core discipline systems of "environment and engineering". It has two campuses in Zhanggong and Longnan, covering an area of more than 1,000 mu, with nearly 18,000 full-time students.

学校下设9个二级学院，开设高职专业48个、联合培养专升本专业8个，其中国家高水平专业群1个、国家骨干专业4个、教育部现代学徒制试点专业3个。校园绿化覆盖率达70%，为国家AAA级景区校园，拥有各类专业实验实训室196个、校外实践教学场所364个，实验实训设备总值1.78亿元。近年来荣获世界技能大赛金牌2项，获评全国职业院校产教融合50强，综合办学实力稳居全国同类高职院校前列。

The college has 9 secondary colleges, offering 48 higher vocational majors and 8 joint training undergraduate majors, including 1 national high-level professional group, 4 national key majors, and 3 pilot majors of the Ministry of Education's modern apprenticeship system. The campus greening rate reaches 70%, being a national AAA-level scenic campus. It has 196 professional laboratories and training rooms of various types, 364 off-campus practical teaching places, with a total value of 178 million yuan for experimental and training equipment. In recent years, it has won 2 gold medals in the World Skills Competition, been rated as one of the top 50 national vocational colleges in industry-education integration, and its comprehensive school-running strength has steadily ranked among the top similar higher vocational colleges in China.
