锦州医科大学医疗学院地处渤海之滨，坐落于风景秀丽的辽宁西部历史文化名城——锦州，是由锦州医科大学举办的、具有独立法人资格的本科层次全日制民办普通高等学校。其前身是创办于1999年7月的原锦州医学院分院，2004年3月经教育部批准改建为独立学院，2016年3月随母体学校更名而定为现名。

Medical College of Jinzhou Medical University is located by the Bohai Sea in Jinzhou, a beautiful historical and cultural city in western Liaoning Province. It is a full-time private undergraduate institution with independent legal personality sponsored by Jinzhou Medical University. Its predecessor was the Branch of Jinzhou Medical College founded in July 1999. Approved by the Ministry of Education in March 2004, it was restructured into an independent college and adopted its current name in March 2016 following the renaming of its parent university.

学院立足辽宁，面向全国24个省（区、市）招生，现有全日制在校本科生6000余人，设医学、理学、管理学、工学4个学位授予门类，开设临床医学、口腔医学、护理学等20个本科专业，其中康复治疗学为省级一流本科专业建设点。依托母体学校资源，学院组建了由302名专任教师构成的教学队伍，其中教授41人、副教授64人，博士及硕士占比达56.6%，并建有12个综合实验实训中心及58家高水平教学实习基地。

Based in Liaoning, the college enrolls students from 24 provinces (regions and municipalities) across China, with over 6,000 full-time undergraduate students. It offers 4 academic disciplines (Medicine, Science, Management, and Engineering) covering 20 undergraduate majors including Clinical Medicine, Stomatology, and Nursing. Among these, Rehabilitation Therapy is a provincial-level first-class undergraduate program construction site. Leveraging resources from its parent university, the college has built a teaching team of 302 full-time faculty members, including 41 professors and 64 associate professors, with 56.6% holding doctoral or master's degrees. It also houses 12 comprehensive experimental training centers and 58 high-level teaching practice bases.
