锦州师范高等专科学校（以下简称锦州师专）位于渤海之滨、交通发达的辽西中心城市——锦州，是经国务院批准、教育部注册备案的一所全日制公办普通高等专科学校。学校自1914年奉天省立第四师范学校创立以来，历经百年发展，1996年起相继合并锦州市第一师范学校、辽宁广播电视大学锦州分校、锦州职工大学，逐步形成综合性高等专科院校格局，2024年10月整体搬迁至锦州市经济技术开发区金山大街18号新校区。

Jinzhou Normal College is located in Jinzhou, a central city in western Liaoning with convenient transportation and situated on the coast of the Bohai Sea. It is a full-time public ordinary higher vocational college approved by the State Council and registered with the Ministry of Education. Founded in 1914 as Fengtian Provincial No.4 Normal School, the college has undergone a century of development. Since 1996, it has successively merged with Jinzhou No.1 Normal School, Jinzhou Branch of Liaoning Radio and Television University, and Jinzhou Vocational University, gradually forming a comprehensive higher vocational college structure. In October 2024, it relocated to its new campus at No.18 Jinshan Avenue, Jinzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.

学校占地面积32.8116公顷，建筑面积23万平方米，固定资产总值1.3亿元。现有教职工592人，其中专任教师485人，副高级及以上职称教师179人，硕士及以上学位教师251人，"双师型"教师占比48.4%。全日制高职专科在校生10621人，开设11个专业群，其中学前教育专业群为省级高水平特色专业群，小学教育、艺术教育和市场营销专业群入选省兴辽卓越专业群，拥有125个校内实训室和103个校外实训基地，2个省级示范性虚拟仿真实训基地。

The college covers an area of 32.8116 hectares with a building area of 230,000 square meters and a total fixed asset value of 130 million yuan. It currently has 592 faculty members, including 485 full-time teachers, 179 with associate senior titles or above, 251 with master's degrees or higher, and "double-qualified" teachers accounting for 48.4%. There are 10,621 full-time vocational college students enrolled in 11 professional groups. Among them, the preschool education professional group is a provincial high-level characteristic professional group, and the primary education, art education, and marketing professional groups have been selected into the provincial Xingliao Excellent Professional Groups. The college has 125 on-campus training rooms and 103 off-campus training bases, including 2 provincial-level demonstration virtual simulation training bases.
