吉尔吉斯斯坦伊・拉扎科夫国立技术大学（Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov，简称KSTU）成立于1954年，前身为伏龙芝工学院，是吉尔吉斯斯坦历史最悠久的公立技术类高等教育机构之一，位于首都比什凯克。作为中亚地区工科人才培养的核心院校，该校以机械工程、计算机科学、绿色建筑、新能源技术等学科为优势，下设16个院系、80个教研室及12个科研中心，涵盖电力工程、机电一体化、机器人技术、交通运输等多个领域，提供本科、硕士及博士多层次教育。

Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov (KSTU), founded in 1954 and formerly known as Frunze Polytechnic Institute, is one of the oldest public technical higher education institutions in Kyrgyzstan, located in the capital city of Bishkek. As a key institution for engineering talent cultivation in Central Asia, the university specializes in优势学科 such as mechanical engineering, computer science, green building, and new energy technology. It comprises 16 faculties, 80 teaching and research sections, and 12 research centers, covering diverse fields including electrical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, and transportation, offering undergraduate, master's, and doctoral education programs.

该校现有在校生约2万人，教职工2200余人，其中包括81名理学博士及26名荣誉科教工作者。国际合作方面，KSTU与俄罗斯鲍曼理工大学、中国西北大学、天津科技大学等20余所海外高校建立合作关系，开展“2+2”双学位、师生互访及联合科研项目，2025年QS中亚地区大学排名中位列工程类前五。其教学体系融合前苏联教育标准与现代技术需求，实训基地包含吉尔吉斯斯坦鲁班工坊，为中吉乌铁路等区域基建项目提供技术支撑与人才储备。

The university currently has approximately 20,000 students and over 2,200 faculty members, including 81 Doctors of Science and 26 Honored Educators. In terms of international cooperation, KSTU has established partnerships with more than 20 overseas universities such as Russia's Bauman Moscow State Technical University, China's Northwest University, and Tianjin University of Science and Technology. It conducts "2+2" dual-degree programs, faculty-student exchange initiatives, and joint research projects. Ranked among the top five engineering universities in Central Asia by QS in 2025, its educational system integrates Soviet-era academic standards with modern technological demands. The practical training bases, including the Kyrgyz-Chinese Luban Workshop, provide technical support and talent reserves for regional infrastructure projects such as the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway.
