辽宁财贸学院坐落于辽宁省葫芦岛市兴城市，是一所经教育部批准设立的民办财经类普通本科院校，前身为2005年创办的沈阳师范大学渤海学院，2008年转设为独立设置的本科高校。学校以经济学、管理学为主体，艺术学、体育学为特色，涵盖经、管、文、艺、教、工六大学科门类，开设35个本科专业，面向全国招生，现有全日制在校生11366人。

Liaoning Finance and Trade College is located in Xingcheng City, Huludao, Liaoning Province. It is a private undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education, formerly known as Bohai College of Shenyang Normal University founded in 2005 and restructured into an independent undergraduate university in 2008. With economics and management as its main disciplines, and arts and physical education as its distinctive features, the college covers six academic categories including economics, management, literature, art, education, and engineering, offering 35 undergraduate programs with 11,366 full-time students.

校园占地面积1143亩，建筑面积37.5万平方米，地处国家4A级景区兴城海滨，拥有现代化智慧校园设施，包括46个全仿真专业实训平台、5个自主研发的仿真实训系统，以及与京东、浪潮等企业共建的5个产业学院。专任教师中副高级以上职称占比47.1%，硕士以上学历教师占比76.4%，图书馆纸质藏书120万册、电子图书349万册，教学科研仪器设备总值1.37亿元。

The 1,143-acre campus with 375,000 square meters of building area is situated in the national 4A-level Xingcheng Seaside Scenic Area. It features modern smart campus facilities, including 46 full-simulation professional training platforms, 5 independently developed simulation training systems, and 5 industrial colleges co-built with enterprises like JD.com and Inspur. Among full-time teachers, 47.1% hold associate senior titles or above, 76.4% have master's degrees or higher. The library houses 1.2 million printed books, 3.49 million e-books, with teaching and research equipment valued at 137 million yuan.

学校秉承"务实求真、特色发展"的办学理念，构建了"数智化校园+全仿真实训"的人才培养模式，重点培育数字经济、人工智能、会计学等应用型专业，毕业生就业率连续多年保持在95%以上。先后荣获"全国三八红旗集体""辽宁省平安校园""教育部1+X证书试点高校"等称号，是东北地区民办高校中唯一的教育部高校思想政治工作创新发展中心。

Adhering to the educational philosophy of "pragmatism and distinctive development", the college has built a talent cultivation model of "digital intelligent campus + full-simulation training". It focuses on cultivating applied majors such as digital economy, artificial intelligence, and accounting, with graduate employment rate remaining above 95% for years. It has been awarded titles including "National March 8th Red Banner Collective", "Liaoning Safe Campus", and "Ministry of Education 1+X Certificate Pilot University", and is the only Innovation and Development Center for Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education among private universities in Northeast China.
