辽宁民族师范高等专科学校成立于2012年，其前身分别为创办于1952年的辽宁省朝鲜族师范学校和1981年的辽宁省蒙古族师范学校，是一所隶属于辽宁省教育厅并在国家教育部备案的全日制高等专科学校，以师范教育为特色，同时注重民族文化传承与创新。

Liaoning Normal College for Nationalities was founded in 2012, with its predecessors being Liaoning Korean Normal School established in 1952 and Liaoning Mongolian Normal School founded in 1981. It is a full-time higher vocational college affiliated to the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education and registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, featuring teacher education and focusing on the inheritance and innovation of national culture.

学校现有沈阳、阜新两个校区，分别位于沈阳市皇姑区崇山东路45号和阜新市海州区育红路40号，占地面积7.03万平方米，校舍建筑面积3.18万平方米。设有5个系部，开设学前教育、小学教育、民族表演艺术等14个专业，其中学前教育与小学教育专业群被评为省级“兴辽卓越”高职专业群。

The college has two campuses in Shenyang and Fuxin, located at No. 45 Chongshan East Road, Huanggu District, Shenyang and No. 40 Yuhong Road, Haizhou District, Fuxin respectively, covering an area of 70,300 square meters with a building area of 31,800 square meters. It has 5 departments and offers 14 majors including Preschool Education, Primary Education, and Ethnic Performing Arts. Among them, the Preschool Education and Primary Education major group has been rated as a provincial-level "Xingliao Excellent" higher vocational major group.

截至2024年，学校有全日制高职专科在校生4103人，教职工218人，其中专任教师185人，副高及以上职称教师72人，硕士以上学位教师130人，“双师型”教师112人。学校先后荣获“全国民族团结进步模范单位”“辽宁省民族教育工作先进集体”等荣誉称号，是辽宁省民族教育双语师资培养与培训的重要基地。

As of 2024, the college has 4,103 full-time vocational college students and 218 faculty members, including 185 full-time teachers, 72 teachers with associate senior titles or above, 130 teachers with master's degrees or above, and 112 "double-qualified" teachers. The college has successively won honorary titles such as "National Model Unit for National Unity and Progress" and "Advanced Collective for National Education Work in Liaoning Province", and is an important base for the cultivation and training of bilingual teachers in national education in Liaoning Province.
