南昌影视传播职业学院创办于2015年，是经江西省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案、纳入国家计划内统一招生、以影视传播类专业为主、具有独立颁发国家承认大学专科学历文凭资格的全日制普通民办高等职业院校，是江西省大中小学思政课一体化共同体建设项目首批成员单位、江西省第二批语言文字规范化示范学校。

Nanchang Vocational College of Film and Television Communication was founded in 2015. It is a full-time private higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Jiangxi Province, registered by the Ministry of Education, included in the national unified enrollment plan, focusing on film and television communication majors, and qualified to independently issue nationally recognized college diplomas. It is among the first batch of member units of the Jiangxi Provincial Primary and Middle School Ideological and Political Course Integration Community Construction Project and the second batch of demonstration schools for language standardization in Jiangxi Province.

学校位于环境优美的赣江之畔——南昌高新技术产业区，距离南昌市区10分钟车程。现设有四系两部两院，开设舞蹈表演、戏剧影视表演、数字媒体技术等25个专业，建设打造了影视传媒、音乐舞蹈、艺术设计、文化管理等四大专业群。建有校内实验实训中心50余个，校外实习实训基地100余个，毕业生深受社会和用人单位好评。

The school is located on the beautiful bank of the Ganjiang River - Nanchang High-tech Industrial Zone, a 10-minute drive from downtown Nanchang. It currently has four departments, two divisions and two colleges, offering 25 majors such as dance performance, drama and film performance, and digital media technology. It has built four major professional groups including film and television media, music and dance, art design, and cultural management. There are more than 50 on-campus experimental training centers and more than 100 off-campus internships and training bases, and graduates are well received by the society and employers.
