南京理工大学紫金学院，简称紫金学院，位于南京城东紫金山麓仙林科技城，是由南京理工大学联合社会力量举办的独立学院。学院始建于1999年，2004年经国家教育部批准改制为本科层次院校，依托南京理工大学的优质教育资源，致力于培养应用型、复合型、高素质专门人才。

Nanjing University of Science and Technology ZiJin College, referred to as ZiJin College, is located in Xianlin Science and Technology City at the foot of Zijin Mountain in eastern Nanjing. It is an independent college co-founded by Nanjing University of Science and Technology and social forces. Established in 1999, the college was restructured into an undergraduate-level institution with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2004. Relying on the high-quality educational resources of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, it is committed to cultivating applied, interdisciplinary, and high-quality professionals.

学院现设有智能制造学院、电子工程与光电技术学院、计算机学院等6个二级学院，开设39个本科专业，拥有省一流本科专业建设点5个，在校生14000余人。校园占地613亩，教学生活用房30余万平方米，配备现代化教学设施与完善的生活服务体系，为学生提供优良的学习生活环境。

The college currently has 6 secondary colleges including the School of Intelligent Manufacturing, School of Electronic Engineering and Optoelectronic Technology, and School of Computer Science, offering 39 undergraduate majors with 5 provincial first-class undergraduate major construction sites and over 14,000 students. Covering an area of 613 mu with more than 300,000 square meters of teaching and living space, it is equipped with modern teaching facilities and a complete living service system, providing an excellent learning and living environment for students.

师资队伍以南京理工大学知名教授为学科带头人，组建了一支专兼职结合、教学水平高的队伍，其中自有教师多人入选江苏省“青蓝工程”“333工程”培养对象。学院深化产学研合作，与华为、微软等知名企业共建实训中心，学生在国家级、省级学科竞赛中累计获奖超1400项，考研升学率与就业率稳居同类院校前列。

The faculty team, with renowned professors from Nanjing University of Science and Technology as discipline leaders, has built a high-level teaching team combining full-time and part-time teachers, among whom many have been selected into Jiangsu Province's "Qinglan Project" and "333 Project" training programs. The college deepens industry-university-research cooperation, establishing training centers with well-known enterprises such as Huawei and Microsoft. Students have won over 1,400 awards in national and provincial discipline competitions, with postgraduate entrance examination rates and employment rates ranking among the top in similar institutions.
