内蒙古丰州职业学院（青城学院）创办于1983年，是经地方政府批准、国家教育部备案的全日制民办高等职业学院，学院代码11429，1985年列入全国普通高等院校序列，属国家计划内统一招生，是内蒙古自治区成立最早的民办高等职业学院。2008年并入民生教育集团后，学院实力进一步充实提升。建校三十余年来，学院在各级领导和社会各界关怀下不断发展，为自治区培养了上万名专业技术人才，2010年被评为“中国民办十大知名品牌学校”。学院始终将教育教学质量放在首位，全面实施教育质量工程建设，加强教学及管理改革，建立教学质量量化考核评价标准，开设学前教育、电子商务、计算机应用技术、会计电算化等多个专业，致力于培养高素质技术技能人才。

Inner Mongolia Fengzhou Vocational College (Qingcheng College) was founded in 1983. It is a full-time private higher vocational college approved by the local government and registered with the Ministry of Education of China, with the college code 11429. In 1985, it was included in the sequence of national ordinary institutions of higher learning and belongs to the national unified enrollment plan. It is the earliest private higher vocational college established in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. After merging into the Minsheng Education Group in 2008, the college's strength was further enriched and enhanced. The college is located in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
