青岛港湾职业技术学院始建于1975年，是一所由山东省教育厅主管、山东省港口集团主办的省属国有公办全日制高等职业院校，坐落于美丽的海滨城市青岛，地处青岛西海岸新区核心位置。学校始终坚持“立足港航物流，面向蓝色经济，服务一带一路”的办学定位，以港航特色为核心，形成了涵盖港口工程、航海技术、现代物流、人工智能等领域的专业体系，现有中央财政支持重点建设专业9个，省级示范专业3个，省级特色专业7个，在校生规模达12000余人。

Qingdao Harbour Vocational & Technical College, founded in 1975, is a public full-time higher vocational college sponsored by Shandong Port Group and administered by Shandong Provincial Department of Education. Located in the core area of Qingdao West Coast New Area, the college adheres to the orientation of "rooted in port and shipping logistics, serving blue economy and the Belt and Road Initiative". With port and shipping characteristics as its core, it has formed a professional system covering port engineering, navigation technology, modern logistics, artificial intelligence, etc. It currently has 9 key construction majors supported by central finance, 3 provincial demonstration majors, 7 provincial characteristic majors, with a student population of over 12,000.

学校深化“校港一体”办学模式，创新实施港产教科融合育人，将课堂搬进码头、把实训基地建在港区，拥有包括门机、集装箱轮胎吊等大型港口设备在内的实境化实训基地，并与青岛港、山东港口科技集团等企业共建258个校外实习基地。双师素质教师占比超80%，聘请“时代楷模”许振超等港口技术专家担任兼职教师，荣获国家级教学成果奖1项、省级教学成果奖18项，毕业生就业率连续多年保持98%以上，为港口行业和区域经济发展培养了大批高素质技术技能人才。

The college deepens the "integration of college and port" school-running mode, innovatively implements the integration of port industry, education and research, moves classrooms to the wharf and builds training bases in the port area. It has immersive training bases including large port equipment such as gantry cranes and container rubber tyred gantry cranes, and has jointly built 258 off-campus internship bases with enterprises such as Qingdao Port and Shandong Port Technology Group. Over 80% of the teachers have dual-profession quality, and port technical experts such as "Model of The Times" Xu Zhenchao are employed as part-time teachers. The college has won 1 national teaching achievement award and 18 provincial teaching achievement awards, with graduate employment rate remaining above 98% for many years, cultivating a large number of high-quality technical talents for the port industry and regional economic development.
