青岛酒店管理职业技术学院坐落于中国最美海滨城市青岛，是经教育部批准成立的省属公办全日制普通高校，办学历史可追溯至1945年的私立青岛商科职业学校。作为我国第一所独立设置的酒店管理类高职学院，学校是中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划建设单位，山东省首批特色名校、优质高等职业院校，青岛市首批品牌高职院校，荣获全国职业教育先进单位、省级文明校园等称号。

Qingdao Vocational and Technical College of Hotel Management is located in Qingdao, China's most beautiful coastal city. It is a public full-time ordinary college approved by the Ministry of Education, with its educational history dating back to the private Qingdao Commercial Vocational School founded in 1945. As the first independently established higher vocational college specializing in hotel management in China, it is a construction unit of the National "Double-High Plan" (China's high-level vocational schools and professional groups construction plan), one of Shandong's first batch of characteristic prestigious schools and high-quality higher vocational colleges, and among Qingdao's first batch of brand vocational colleges. It has been awarded titles such as "National Advanced Unit in Vocational Education" and "Provincial Civilized Campus".

学校现设酒店管理学院、文旅学院、烹饪学院等10个二级院部，开设酒店管理与数字化运营、旅游管理、烹饪工艺与营养等38个专业，全日制在校生14000余人。拥有1个国家"双高计划"专业群，4个省级高水平专业群，其中国家级骨干专业8个、中央财政支持建设专业2个、省级特色专业7个。学校坚持"就业导向、产教融合"办学方针，构建了覆盖酒店业全产业链的专业体系，与国内外300余家知名企业建立校企合作，就业率连续多年位居全省高职前列。

The college currently has 10 secondary faculties including the School of Hotel Management, School of Culture and Tourism, and School of Culinary Arts, offering 38 majors such as Hotel Management and Digital Operation, Tourism Management, and Culinary Arts and Nutrition, with over 14,000 full-time students. It boasts 1 national "Double-High Plan" professional group, 4 provincial high-level professional groups, including 8 national-level key majors, 2 majors supported by central finance, and 7 provincial characteristic majors. Adhering to the school-running policy of "employment-oriented, industry-education integration", the college has built a professional system covering the entire industrial chain of the hotel industry, established school-enterprise cooperation with more than 300 well-known enterprises at home and abroad, and its employment rate has ranked among the top in Shandong's higher vocational colleges for many years.

校园占地近800亩，接壤崂山风景区，建筑面积约20万平方米，拥有现代化教学实训设施、82个生产型实训室及300余处校外实习基地。学校创新"三位一体"人才培养模式，注重职业技能与人文素养并重，培养具有"绅士风度、淑女风范"的高素质技术技能人才，累计为酒店及现代服务业培养毕业生10万余人，被誉为"中国酒店业人才的摇篮"。

Covering an area of nearly 800 mu (about 53 hectares) adjacent to the Laoshan Scenic Area, the campus has a construction area of about 200,000 square meters, equipped with modern teaching and training facilities, 82 production-oriented training rooms, and more than 300 off-campus internship bases. The college innovates the "Trinity" talent training model, emphasizing both professional skills and humanistic literacy, to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents with "gentlemanly demeanor and ladylike manner". It has trained over 100,000 graduates for the hotel and modern service industries, and is known as "the cradle of talents in China's hotel industry".
