齐鲁师范学院是山东省人民政府举办、省教育厅主管的全日制普通高等学校，坐落在历史文化名城——泉城济南。学校前身是创办于1948年的华东大学教育学院，1949年由山东益都（青州市）迁址至济南，1960年更名为山东教育学院，2010年改建为齐鲁师范学院。学校秉承“博学明道，崇德象贤”的校训，坚持“师范性、地方性、应用型”办学定位，实施“质量立校、人才强校、特色名校、文化铸校、服务兴校”发展战略，着力打造以新师范教育为主体、新工科新文科为两翼的“一体两翼”专业结构布局，为山东省经济社会发展培育了大批高素质应用型人才。

Qilu Normal University is a full-time public higher education institution sponsored by the People's Government of Shandong Province and administered by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, located in Jinan, a famous historical and cultural city known as the "Spring City". Its predecessor was the School of Education of East China University founded in 1948. In 1949, it moved from Yidu (Qingzhou City) to Jinan, was renamed Shandong Institute of Education in 1960, and restructured into Qilu Normal University in 2010. Adhering to the school motto of "Erudition to Understand the Dao, Upholding Virtue to Emulate the Worthy", the university adheres to the orientation of "normal, local and application-oriented" education, implements the development strategy of "quality-based, talent-strengthened, characteristic-famous, culture-cast and service-promoted", and strives to build a "one body and two wings" professional structure with new normal education as the main body and new engineering and new liberal arts as the two wings, cultivating a large number of high-quality application-oriented talents for the economic and social development of Shandong Province.

学校现有历下、章丘两个校区，占地面积1200余亩，校舍建筑总面积31.86万平方米，固定资产总值12.48亿元，馆藏纸质图书153万余册。设有24个教学机构，59个本科专业，涵盖教育学、理学、工学、农学、文学等10大学科门类；全日制在校生18500余人，教职工1300余人，其中专任教师1100余人，高级职称450余人，具有博士学位520余人。近年来，学校获批国家级一流本科专业建设点1个、省级一流本科专业建设点8个，12个师范类专业通过教育部第二级认证，在山东省师范生从业技能大赛中总成绩连续五年位居全省高校前列。

The university has two campuses, Lixia and Zhangqiu, covering an area of more than 1,200 mu, with a total building area of 318,600 square meters, a total fixed asset value of 1.248 billion yuan, and a collection of more than 1.53 million paper books. It has 24 teaching institutions and 59 undergraduate majors, covering 10 disciplines including education, science, engineering, agriculture and literature. There are more than 18,500 full-time students and more than 1,300 faculty members, including more than 1,100 full-time teachers, more than 450 with senior titles, and more than 520 with doctoral degrees. In recent years, the university has been approved 1 national first-class undergraduate major construction site and 8 provincial first-class undergraduate major construction sites, 12 normal majors have passed the second-level certification of the Ministry of Education, and the total score in the Shandong Provincial Normal Students' Professional Skills Competition has ranked among the top universities in the province for five consecutive years.
