Qinzhou Preschool Education College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and filed by the Ministry of Education. The college is a national 1+X certificate pilot institution, the third batch of national Go teacher training pilot units, an autonomous region-level civilized campus, an outstanding contribution unit for employment in Guangxi among ordinary colleges and universities in the region, a talent highland for preschool education in Qinzhou, a talent highland for art education in Qinzhou, and a training base for backbone preschool teachers in Qinzhou. Its "Shi·Yue" cultural brand was selected into the "One School, One Product" characteristic brand of campus cultural construction in Guangxi colleges and universities.

学校办学历史悠久，校园环境优雅。前身是创办于1931年的合浦师范学校，2020年4月设立为钦州幼儿师范高等专科学校，坐落在中国历史文化名城、滨海运河城市——钦州。校园分钦州、合浦两个校区及附属幼儿园，钦州校区兼具历史韵味与现代气息，合浦校区为国家AAA级旅游景区，宋代文豪苏东坡曾在此居住并留下东坡井、东坡亭等古迹。当代戏剧家田汉曾盛赞学校是“青年读书求学的好去处”。

The college has a long history and an elegant campus environment. Its predecessor was Hepu Normal School founded in 1931, and it was established as Qinzhou Preschool Education College in April 2020. It is located in Qinzhou, a famous historical and cultural city and a coastal canal city in China. The campus consists of Qinzhou Campus, Hepu Campus and an affiliated kindergarten. Qinzhou Campus combines historical charm with modern atmosphere, while Hepu Campus is a national AAA-level tourist attraction where Su Dongpo, a literary giant of the Song Dynasty, once lived and left historical sites such as Dongpo Well and Dongpo Pavilion. Tian Han, a contemporary dramatist, praised the college as "a good place for young people to study".

学校基础设施完善，办学条件优良。现有两区一园（钦州校区、合浦校区、附属幼儿园），占地面积491.34亩，总建筑面积26.87万平方米，教学科研仪器设备资产总值超过1亿元，图书馆藏书80多万册。设有学前教育学院、儿童早期发展学院、体育与艺术学院、人文与管理学院、马克思主义学院、继续教育学院等6个二级学院，开设有18个招生专业，其中自治区特色示范专业4个，全日制在校生9138人。

The college has complete infrastructure and excellent running conditions. It currently has two campuses and one kindergarten (Qinzhou Campus, Hepu Campus, and Affiliated Kindergarten), covering an area of 491.34 mu with a total construction area of 268,700 square meters. The total value of teaching and research instruments and equipment exceeds 100 million yuan, and the library has a collection of more than 800,000 books. It has 6 secondary colleges including the School of Preschool Education, the School of Early Childhood Development, the School of Physical Education and Art, the School of Humanities and Management, the School of Marxism, and the School of Continuing Education. It offers 18 enrollment majors, including 4 autonomous region-level characteristic demonstration majors, with 9,138 full-time students.

学校师资队伍雄厚，教研水平出色。现有博士1人、研究生（硕士）173人，高级职称63人，双师型教师103人；全国家庭工作先进个人1人、自治区优秀教育工作者1人、广西优秀教师4人、自治区五一劳动奖章获得者1人、钦州市教学名师4人、钦州市拔尖人才3人、钦州市青年科技人才4人、钦州市五一劳动奖章获得者4人。教师在各类教育教学比赛中获国家级、省级奖励200余项。
