俄罗斯国立农业大学（俄语：Российский государственный аграрный университет – МСХА имени К.А.Тимирязева，简称РГАУ）成立于1865年，是俄罗斯历史最悠久、在农业与林业领域排名第一的高等学府。其前身为沙皇亚历山大二世时期创办的彼得罗夫斯基农业学院，历经百年发展，现已成为集教学、科研于一体的综合性农业研究中心。学校以俄罗斯著名农学家季米里亚泽夫命名，象征着对农业科学传统的传承。

Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy (RGAU-MSHA), founded in 1865, is Russia's oldest and top-ranked institution in agriculture and forestry. Originating as the Petrovsky Agricultural Institute under Tsar Alexander II, it has evolved into an integrated center for agricultural education and research over a century. Named after renowned Russian agronomist K.A. Timiryazev, the university embodies a legacy of agricultural scientific excellence.

The university employs 3,034 staff, including 1,225 academic researchers with 225 doctors, 175 professors, and 41 research fellows, 872 of whom hold senior academic titles. It enrolls 15,365 students, comprising 11,576 full-time learners and 800 international students from 55 countries. Its academic structure spans 8 colleges covering agricultural biotechnology, agricultural machinery & energy, animal husbandry & biology, soil & water conservancy, horticultural design, and agribusiness economics, offering comprehensive programs from bachelor to doctoral levels.

Spanning 565 hectares, the campus features 57 academic buildings, 40 laboratories, experimental farms, greenhouse complexes, and an equestrian center, with 45,027 m² of teaching space. As one of Moscow's few universities offering 100% student accommodation, it provides 10 dormitories equipped with study rooms, sports facilities, and 24/7 security. The integration of its scientific library and Pushkin Teaching Farm creates a unique practical education system.
