日照航海工程职业学院（Rizhao Marine Engineering Vocational College），简称日照航院，是一所经山东省人民政府批复成立、教育部备案的全日制普通高等专科学校，至今已有27年办学历史。学校位于魅力海滨城市——日照，是第八届黄炎培职业教育奖获奖学校、山东省校企合作（产教融合）示范单位、中国十佳航海院校，被确定为国家海事局达标考试中心、国家网络空间安全人才培养基地。

Rizhao Marine Engineering Vocational College, referred to as Rizhao Marine College, is a full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province and filed by the Ministry of Education, with a 27-year history of running schools. Located in the charming coastal city of Rizhao, the college has been awarded the 8th Huang Yanpei Vocational Education Award, recognized as a Model Unit for School-Enterprise Cooperation (Industry-Education Integration) in Shandong Province, listed among China's Top 10 Maritime Colleges, and designated as a Qualified Examination Center by the National Maritime Safety Administration and a National Cybersecurity Talent Cultivation Base.

学校开设37个专业，形成海上交通运输类、机电工程类、应急管理类等优势专业群，其中海上交通运输专业群为山东省高水平专业群建设项目。建有360°全视景航海模拟器（山东省首台）、轮机综合实训中心等50余个专业实训室，4个实训基地列入山东省高校基础能力建设工程。与招商局、中远海等央企及外企合作，实行订单式培养，累计向社会输送船员30余万人。

The college offers 37 majors, forming advantageous professional groups such as maritime transportation, mechanical and electrical engineering, and emergency management, with the maritime transportation group being a high-level professional group construction project in Shandong Province. It has over 50 professional training rooms, including a 360° full-vision marine simulator (the first in Shandong Province) and a comprehensive marine engineering training center, with 4 training bases included in Shandong Provincial College Infrastructure Construction Project. Cooperating with central enterprises like China Merchants Group and COSCO Shipping as well as foreign enterprises, the college implements order-based training and has cumulatively trained over 300,000 seafarers for the society.

学校注重产教融合与创新创业教育，建有日照市首家电梯产业学院、全生命周期医养护理教学实训中心，打造7个校内产教融合生态链条，24个项目入选教育部就业育人项目。2025年成功承办第七届中华职业教育创新创业大赛全国总决赛，获得全国职教界高度关注。山东省人民政府文件明确支持学院发展，办学实力与社会认可度持续提升。

The college emphasizes industry-education integration and innovation-entrepreneurship education, establishing Rizhao's first Elevator Industry College and a full-life-cycle medical-nursing teaching training center, creating 7 on-campus industry-education integration ecological chains, with 24 projects selected into the Ministry of Education's Employment Education Program. In 2025, it successfully hosted the 7th National Finals of the China Vocational Education Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, attracting nationwide attention from the vocational education sector. The People's Government of Shandong Province has explicitly supported the college's development in official documents, leading to continuous improvement in its educational strength and social recognition.
