圣彼得堡国立电子技术大学（Санкт-Петербургский государственный электротехнический университет），简称ETU，前身为1886年成立的俄罗斯邮政电报部技术学校，1891年更名为皇家电工学院，是欧洲首个电工领域专业性高等院校。世界无线电发明人A.C.波波夫曾担任学院教师及第一任院长。该校是俄罗斯5-100卓越大学计划首批高校，在电子工程、无线电技术、自动化控制等领域位居全俄前列，至今已培养超过7万名毕业生，其中包括3000多名外国公民。

Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University (ETU), formerly known as the Technical School of the Russian Ministry of Posts and Telegraphs founded in 1886, was renamed the Imperial Electrotechnical Institute in 1891, making it Europe's first specialized higher education institution in electrical engineering. A.C. Popov, the inventor of radio, once served as a teacher and the first rector of the institute. As one of the first universities in Russia's 5-100 Excellence University Program, ETU ranks among the top in Russia in fields such as electronic engineering, radio technology, and automatic control, having educated over 70,000 graduates to date, including more than 3,000 international students.

学校现有8000余名在校生，拥有5位俄罗斯科学院院士、200多名教授及博士，下设无线电工程、电子、计算机科学与技术等学院，开设20个本科和16个硕士专业（含2个英语授课项目）。校园配备8栋教学科研楼、7栋宿舍楼及科技园区，与35个国家的高校和企业建立合作，在无线电电子信息系统、微电子技术、智能控制等领域形成科研优势，是俄罗斯电子工程领域的核心教育与研究中心。

The university currently has over 8,000 students, 5 academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and more than 200 professors and doctors. It comprises faculties including Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Computer Science and Technology, offering 20 undergraduate and 16 master's programs (including 2 English-taught programs). The campus features 8 teaching and research buildings, 7 dormitories, and a science and technology park. Collaborating with universities and enterprises in 35 countries, ETU has established research strengths in radio electronic information systems, microelectronics, and intelligent control, serving as a core educational and research center for electronic engineering in Russia.
