三亚中瑞酒店管理职业学院是经海南省人民政府批准设立、教育部备案的全日制普通高等职业院校，由中国交建投资建设，瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院提供学术认证，北京中瑞酒店管理学院负责运营管理。学院位于海南省三亚市海棠湾，依山傍湖临海，毗邻三亚国际免税城和海棠湾国际酒店产业带，规划用地362亩，一期建设用地222亩，规划建筑面积20.56万平方米，酒店式建筑群古朴典雅，满足沉浸式教育体验需求。

Sanya Hospitality Institute is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Hainan Province and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is invested and constructed by China Communications Construction, academically accredited by the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lausanne, and operated and managed by Beijing Hospitality Institute. Located in Haitang Bay, Sanya City, Hainan Province, the college is surrounded by mountains, lakes and the sea, adjacent to Sanya International Duty-Free City and Haitang Bay International Hotel Industry Belt. It covers a planned area of 362 mu, with the first phase of construction land of 222 mu and a planned construction area of 205,600 square meters. The hotel-style buildings are simple and elegant, meeting the needs of immersive educational experience.

学院秉承“知行合一、学以致用”校训，践行“尊重、专业、责任”的中瑞精神，以海南自贸港建设需求为导向，借鉴瑞士洛桑教学模式，构建“一体两翼”办学格局，开设酒店管理、旅游管理、经济与管理三大专业群二十余个专业。目前各类在籍学生11000余人，近四届毕业生平均就业率达95%，建有17个校内实操教学点、11个实训室及4个实践教学基地，与120家企业建立校企合作，培养具有国际视野的泛服务业高端人才。

Adhering to the school motto of "Unity of Knowledge and Action, Application of Learning" and practicing the Sino-Swiss spirit of "Respect, Professionalism and Responsibility", the college is guided by the construction needs of Hainan Free Trade Port, draws on the teaching model of Lausanne, Switzerland, and builds a "one body and two wings" school-running pattern. It offers more than 20 majors in three major professional groups: hotel management, tourism management, and economics and management. At present, there are more than 11,000 students in school, with an average employment rate of 95% for the past four graduates. The college has 17 on-campus practical teaching points, 11 training rooms and 4 practical teaching bases, and has established school-enterprise cooperation with 120 enterprises to cultivate high-end talents in the pan-service industry with international vision.
