四川旅游学院是四川省人民政府主办的全日制普通本科高校，是全国唯一以“旅游”命名的本科院校，也是中国烹饪协会副会长单位、世界中餐业联合会副理事长单位。学校坐落于四川省成都市，校园占地1000余亩，现有全日制在校生1.3万余人，教职工800余人，其中高级职称教师占比近40%。

Sichuan Tourism University is a full-time ordinary undergraduate university sponsored by the People's Government of Sichuan Province. It is the only undergraduate institution named after "Tourism" in China, and also a vice-chairman unit of the China Cuisine Association and a vice-chairman unit of the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry. Located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, the university covers an area of more than 1,000 mu, with over 13,000 full-time students and more than 800 faculty members, among whom nearly 40% have senior professional titles.

学校以旅游、烹饪、食品、休闲体育等学科为特色，形成了“大旅游”学科专业群，开设了旅游管理、烹饪与营养教育、食品科学与工程、休闲体育等30余个本科专业，其中烹饪与营养教育专业为国家级一流本科专业建设点，旅游管理、食品科学与工程等专业为省级一流本科专业建设点。

With disciplines such as tourism, culinary arts, food science, and leisure sports as its features, the university has formed a "Grand Tourism" discipline and professional group. It offers more than 30 undergraduate majors including Tourism Management, Culinary Arts and Nutrition Education, Food Science and Engineering, and Leisure Sports. Among them, Culinary Arts and Nutrition Education is a national first-class undergraduate major construction site, and Tourism Management, Food Science and Engineering are provincial first-class undergraduate major construction sites.

学校注重实践教学，建有国家级实验教学示范中心、国家级虚拟仿真实验教学中心、国家级大学生校外实践教育基地等多个国家级教学平台，与国内外200余家企业建立了深度合作关系，为学生提供了广阔的实践和就业空间。近年来，学校毕业生就业率始终保持在90%以上，深受用人单位好评。

The university attaches great importance to practical teaching and has established multiple national-level teaching platforms such as the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center, National Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Center, and National College Students' Off-Campus Practice Education Base. It has established in-depth cooperative relations with more than 200 enterprises at home and abroad, providing students with a broad space for practice and employment. In recent years, the employment rate of graduates has remained above 90%, which is highly praised by employers.
