山东建筑大学位于山东省济南市，是一所以工科为主，以土木建筑为特色，工、理、管、文、法、艺、农等多学科交叉渗透、协调发展的多科性大学。学校始建于1956年，其前身是济南城市建设工程学校，历经山东建筑学院、山东建筑工程学院等发展阶段，2006年更名为山东建筑大学。学校是山东省重点建设高校，拥有博士学位授予权，入选教育部“卓越工程师教育培养计划”“全国创新创业典型经验高校”等。

Shandong Jianzhu University is located in Jinan, Shandong Province. It is a multidisciplinary university focusing on engineering, with civil engineering and architecture as its特色, and interdisciplinary infiltration and coordinated development of engineering, science, management, literature, law, art, agriculture and other disciplines. Founded in 1956, the university was formerly Jinan Urban Construction Engineering School. It went through the development stages of Shandong Institute of Architecture and Shandong Institute of Architectural Engineering, and was renamed Shandong Jianzhu University in 2006. It is a key construction university in Shandong Province, with the right to grant doctoral degrees, and has been selected into the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program" of the Ministry of Education and "National Model Universities for Innovation and Entrepreneurship".

学校现有新校区、和平校区两个校区，总占地面积2400余亩，校舍建筑面积70余万平方米。设有20个学院（部），64个本科专业，拥有1个博士后科研流动站，1个博士学位授权一级学科，19个硕士学位授权一级学科，16个硕士专业学位类别。学校师资力量雄厚，现有教职工2200余人，其中专任教师1500余人，具有高级职称的教师800余人，博士生导师、硕士生导师600余人。

The university currently has two campuses: the New Campus and the Heping Campus, covering a total area of more than 2,400 mu, with a school building area of more than 700,000 square meters. It has 20 colleges (departments), 64 undergraduate majors, 1 post-doctoral research station, 1 first-level discipline authorized for doctoral degrees, 19 first-level disciplines authorized for master's degrees, and 16 types of master's professional degrees. The university has a strong faculty, with more than 2,200 faculty members, including more than 1,500 full-time teachers, more than 800 teachers with senior titles, and more than 600 doctoral supervisors and master supervisors.
