山东圣翰财贸职业学院是山东省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制普通高等职业学校，创建于1999年，坐落于济南市长清大学科技园区。学校秉承“居圣人之地，办翰林之学”的发展方向，坚持“产教融合、校企合作”的办学理念，以立德树人为根本任务，致力于培养适应区域经济发展的技术技能型人才。

Shandong Shenghan Finance and Trade Vocational College is a full-time public higher vocational school approved by the Shandong Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Founded in 1999, it is located in the Changqing University Science and Technology Park of Jinan City. Adhering to the development orientation of "Establishing Hanlin-style education in the land of sages" and the school-running philosophy of "Integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation", the college takes moral education as its fundamental task and is committed to cultivating technical and skilled talents adapted to regional economic development.

学校现有8个二级学院，开设58个高职专业，涵盖财经商贸、医药卫生、电子信息等10个专业大类。截至2023年，校园占地560余亩，建筑面积26.7万平方米，教学仪器设备总值6807.3万元，馆藏图书70余万册，拥有32个校内实训室和301个校外实习基地。教职工500余人中，高级职称占比36%，“双师型”教师占比70%，在校生规模达14000余人。

The college currently has 8 secondary colleges, offering 58 higher vocational majors covering 10 professional categories such as finance and trade, medicine and health, and electronic information. As of 2023, the campus covers an area of over 560 mu (about 373,333 square meters) with a building area of 267,000 square meters. The total value of teaching instruments and equipment is 68.073 million yuan, and the library has more than 700,000 books. It boasts 32 on-campus training rooms and 301 off-campus internship bases. Among over 500 faculty members, 36% have senior professional titles and 70% are "double-qualified" teachers, with a student enrollment of over 14,000.

学校注重实践教学与就业创业能力培养，构建了完善的校企合作体系，与中国重汽、浪潮集团等知名企业建立合作关系，毕业生就业率连续多年保持在98%以上，专业对口率达83%。先后荣获“山东省就业前景十佳高校”“济南市市级大学生创业孵化基地”等称号，是山东省最具就业竞争力的高职院校之一。

Emphasizing practical teaching and the cultivation of employment and entrepreneurship capabilities, the college has built a sound school-enterprise cooperation system, establishing partnerships with well-known enterprises such as Sinotruk and Inspur Group. The employment rate of graduates has remained above 98% for many years, with a professional counterpart rate of 83%. It has successively been awarded titles such as "Top 10 Colleges with Employment Prospects in Shandong Province" and "Jinan Municipal College Student Entrepreneurship Incubation Base", and is one of the most employment-competitive higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province.
