山东胜利职业学院是经山东省人民政府批准设立、中国石化集团胜利油田创建、东营市人民政府承接续办、国家教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等职业院校。其前身为1973年建校的全国重点中等专业学校——胜利石油学校和胜利油田卫生学校。学院坐落于全国文明城市、中国百强城市、国家生态园林城市、国际湿地城市——山东省东营市，占地43.32万平方米，教学科研仪器设备总值9057.57万元，建有各类专业实验实训室43个及多个国家级、省级实训基地。

Shandong Shengli Vocational College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province, founded by Sinopec Shengli Oilfield, undertaken by Dongying Municipal People's Government, and registered with the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Shengli Petroleum School and Shengli Oilfield Health School, which were national key secondary specialized schools founded in 1973. The college is located in Dongying City, Shandong Province, a national civilized city, one of China's top 100 cities, a national ecological garden city, and an international wetland city, covering an area of 433,200 square meters, with a total value of 90.5757 million yuan in teaching and research instruments and equipment, 43 professional experimental training rooms of various types, and multiple national and provincial training bases.

学院现有专任教师276人，其中硕士及以上学历150人，副教授及以上职称197人，双师型教师占比66.3%。设有石油工程学院、护理学院等8个二级学院，开设石油工程技术、护理、计算机应用技术等21个专业，其中石油工程技术专业群和工业互联网应用专业群为山东省高等职业教育高水平专业群立项建设项目。学院先后获得国家级语言文字规范化示范校、全国职工教育培训优秀示范点等多项荣誉称号。

The college currently has 276 full-time teachers, including 150 with master's degree or above, 197 with associate senior titles or above, and 66.3% of "double-qualified" teachers. It has 8 secondary colleges such as the School of Petroleum Engineering and the School of Nursing, offering 21 majors including Petroleum Engineering Technology, Nursing, and Computer Application Technology. Among them, the Petroleum Engineering Technology professional group and the Industrial Internet Application professional group are the approved construction projects of high-level professional groups in Shandong Province's higher vocational education. The college has successively won many honorary titles such as the National Model School for Language Standardization and the National Excellent Demonstration Point for Staff Education and Training.
