山东工程职业技术大学是由教育部批准，具有独立颁发学历文凭资格的本科层次职业技术大学，是全国首批15所本科层次职业教育试点院校之一。学校坐落于山东省省会济南市，拥有主校区（章丘）、北校区（商河）两个校区，在校生2.3万余人，校舍建筑面积近74万平方米，下设智能制造学院、人工智能学院、电子信息工程学院、建筑工程学院、交通学院、商学院、数字财金学院、现代艺术学院、医学技术学院、数字经济学院、马克思主义学院和基础教学部。

Shandong Vocational and Technical University of Engineering is an undergraduate-level vocational and technical university approved by the Ministry of Education with the qualification to independently issue academic diplomas. It is one of the first 15 pilot institutions for undergraduate-level vocational education in China. The university is located in Jinan, the capital city of Shandong Province, with two campuses: the main campus (Zhangqiu) and the north campus (Shanghe). It has over 23,000 students and a campus building area of nearly 740,000 square meters. The university consists of 12 colleges and departments, including the School of Intelligent Manufacturing, School of Artificial Intelligence, School of Electronic Information Engineering, School of Civil Engineering, School of Transportation, School of Business, School of Digital Finance and Economics, School of Modern Art, School of Medical Technology, School of Digital Economy, School of Marxism, and the Department of Basic Education.

学校始终坚持党的教育方针，落实立德树人根本任务，坚持“新工科、融合性、职业型”办学定位，坚持产教融合、校企合作发展路径，走出了一条凸显工科特色、注重内涵建设的职业技术大学发展之路。学校围绕制造强国和山东新旧动能转换等重大战略，聚焦山东十强优势产业集群发展，开设了29个本科专业、43个专科专业，打造了新基建信息技术、智能制造、新能源汽车技术、新型建筑工业化等4大新工科专业群和数字财商服务新商科专业群，教学科研仪器设备总值达2.65亿余元。

Centering on major strategies such as building a manufacturing power and Shandong's new and old kinetic energy conversion, and focusing on the development of Shandong's top ten advantageous industrial clusters, the university has set up 29 undergraduate majors and 43 junior college majors, creating 4 new engineering professional groups including new infrastructure information technology, intelligent manufacturing, new energy vehicle technology, and new building industrialization, as well as a new business professional group of digital financial and commercial services. The total value of teaching and research instruments and equipment is more than 265 million yuan.

学校坚持人才强校战略，建设了一支结构合理、梯度科学、师德高尚、素质优良的高水平教师队伍。目前，学校专任教师达1300余人，其中具有硕士及以上学位的专任教师823人，具有高级专业技术职务的教师573人，“双师型”教师756人。学校积极打造产教融合生态平台，与300余家企业共建校外实习基地，先后共建了鼎利通讯学院、华为ICT学院等产业学院，获国家级教学成果奖一等奖1项、二等奖3项，山东省职业教育教学成果奖14项，其中省级特等奖3项、一等奖5项。

The university has actively built an industry-education integration ecological platform, co-built off-campus internship bases with more than 300 enterprises, and successively co-built industrial colleges such as Dingli Communication College and Huawei ICT College. It has won 1 first prize and 3 second prizes of national teaching achievement awards, and 14 Shandong vocational education teaching achievement awards, including 3 provincial special prizes and 5 first prizes.
