山东女子学院是省属公办普通本科高校，全国3所女子普通本科高校之一。学校始建于1952年，历经山东省妇女干部学校、中国妇女管理干部学院山东分院、中华女子学院山东分院等发展阶段，2010年经教育部批准改建为全日制普通本科高校。学校坐落于山东省济南市，现有市中玉函和长清两个校区，总占地面积1100余亩，建筑面积28万平方米，馆藏纸质图书138.92万册、电子图书166.5万册。

Shandong Women's University is a public ordinary undergraduate college directly under the provincial government and one of the three women's ordinary undergraduate colleges in China. Founded in 1952, the university has gone through several development stages, including Shandong Women's Cadre School, Shandong Branch of China Women's University of Management, and Shandong Branch of China Women's University. In 2010, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to be restructured into a full-time ordinary undergraduate college. Located in Jinan, Shandong Province, the university has two campuses: Yuhan Campus in Shizhong District and Changqing Campus, covering a total area of more than 1,100 mu with a building area of 280,000 square meters. It has a collection of 1.3892 million paper books and 1.665 million e-books.

学校以培养高素质应用型女性人才为特色，开设44个普通本科专业，涵盖教育学、法学、管理学等8大学科门类。拥有国家级一流本科专业建设点2个、省级一流本科专业建设点10个，建有省级高水平应用型专业群2个、现代产业学院1个。现有全日制在校生17716人，教职工1043人，其中副高级及以上职称教师386人，博士、硕士学位教师占比达93.5%。近年来荣获国家级教学成果奖2项、省级教学成果奖22项，学生在“互联网+”“挑战杯”等竞赛中获国家级奖项120余项。

With the characteristic of cultivating high-quality applied female talents, the university offers 44 ordinary undergraduate majors covering 8 disciplines including education, law, and management. It has 2 national first-class undergraduate major construction sites, 10 provincial first-class undergraduate major construction sites, 2 provincial high-level applied professional groups, and 1 modern industrial college. Currently, there are 17,716 full-time students and 1,043 faculty members, including 386 teachers with associate senior titles or above, and 93.5% of the teachers have doctoral or master's degrees. In recent years, it has won 2 national teaching achievement awards and 22 provincial teaching achievement awards, and students have won more than 120 national awards in competitions such as "Internet+" and "Challenge Cup".
