山东药品食品职业学院始建于1958年，隶属于山东省市场监督管理局，是一所专科层次的全日制公办普通高校，是山东省技能型人才培养特色名校、山东省优质高等职业院校、山东省高水平高职学校立项建设单位。学校坐落于威海市和淄博市，设有威海、淄博两个校区，围绕药品、食品、医疗器械、保健食品、化妆品及健康养老产业链，开设药学、中药学、药物制剂技术、护理、食品检验检测技术等36个专业，拥有全国健康服务类示范专业1个、央财重点建设专业2个、国家骨干专业4个，建有国家生产性实训基地3个，实践教学条件居全国同类院校前列。

Shandong Drug and Food Vocational College, founded in 1958 and affiliated to Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, is a public full-time vocational college at the junior college level. It is a characteristic university for cultivating skilled talents in Shandong Province, a provincial high-quality higher vocational college, and a project construction unit of high-level vocational schools in Shandong Province. Located in Weihai and Zibo cities, the college has two campuses in Weihai and Zibo. Focusing on the industrial chain of pharmaceuticals, food, medical devices, health food, cosmetics and health care for the elderly, it offers 36 majors including Pharmacy, Chinese Materia Medica, Pharmaceutical Preparation Technology, Nursing, and Food Inspection and Testing Technology. It has 1 national demonstration major in health services, 2 key construction majors supported by the central finance, 4 national backbone majors, and 3 national productive training bases, with leading practical teaching conditions among similar institutions in China.

学校始终坚持“为药品食品事业服务，为人民群众健康服务”的办学宗旨，深化产教融合、科教融汇，牵头成立全国药品行业、医疗装备技术服务行业等产教融合共同体，与200多家企业开展合作。近年来荣获教育部第二批示范性职教集团、全国职业院校产教融合50强、全国职业院校创新创业30强等荣誉称号，毕业生就业率连续多年保持高位，为医药健康产业培养了大批高素质技术技能人才。

Adhering to the school-running tenet of "serving the cause of drugs and food and the health of the people", the college deepens the integration of industry and education, and the integration of science and education. It takes the lead in establishing industry-education integration communities such as the National Pharmaceutical Industry and Medical Equipment Technology Service Industry, and has carried out cooperation with more than 200 enterprises. In recent years, it has won honors such as the second batch of demonstration vocational education groups of the Ministry of Education, Top 50 National Vocational Colleges for Industry-Education Integration, and Top 30 National Vocational Colleges for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
