山东中医药高等专科学校是一所省属全日制普通高等专科学校，其前身为始建于1958年的山东省中医药学校，2004年经教育部批准改建为现名。学校坐落于胶东半岛烟台，拥有烟台养马岛和莱阳两个校区，总占地965亩，建有山东省中医药文化博物馆及7个省级财政重点支持实践教学中心，校外顶岗实习基地达168处。

Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a provincial full-time public higher vocational college. Its predecessor was Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine School founded in 1958, and it was renamed to its current name with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2004. Located in Yantai on the Jiaodong Peninsula, the college has two campuses in Yangma Island (Yantai) and Laiyang, covering a total area of 965 mu. It houses the Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture Museum, 7 provincial finance-supported practical teaching centers, and 168 off-campus internship bases.

学校秉承“励志笃学、厚德济生”校训，坚持“产教融合、医教协同”办学理念，面向基层医疗卫生与中医药健康服务业，培养技术技能人才。现有中医学、中药学等20余个专业，其中国家骨干专业2个、中央财政支持专业2个，荣获“国家中医药管理局中医药教育先进集体”等多项荣誉，2025年拟升格为公办本科院校齐鲁中医药学院。

Adhering to the school motto of "Aspire to Learn, Virtue to Serve", the college adheres to the educational philosophy of "industry-education integration and medical-education collaboration", cultivating technical talents for primary medical and health care and TCM health services. It offers over 20 majors including Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Materia Medica, with 2 national key majors and 2 central finance-supported majors. The college has been awarded honors such as "Advanced Collective in TCM Education by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine" and is proposed to be upgraded to Qilu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (a public undergraduate institution) in 2025.
