深圳信息职业技术大学成立于2002年，是由深圳市人民政府举办的全日制公办高校，2025年6月正式升级为本科院校，成为深圳第二所公办职业本科大学。学校以信息技术为办学特色，坚持“三同”办学理念和“四个面向”办学方略，重点服务国家信息技术产业发展战略，开设信息类为主的专业50个（其中国家级20个），涵盖集成电路、工业软件、人工智能、智能制造等前沿领域。

Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology was founded in 2002 as a full-time public university sponsored by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government. Upgraded to an undergraduate institution in June 2025, it became Shenzhen's second public vocational undergraduate university. With information technology as its disciplinary focus, the university adheres to the "Three Synchronizations" educational philosophy and "Four Orientations" development strategy, prioritizing service to national IT industry development. It offers 50 information technology-oriented programs (including 20 national-level programs) covering cutting-edge fields such as integrated circuits, industrial software, artificial intelligence, and intelligent manufacturing.

学校办学实力稳居全国同类院校前列，2019年获评“国家优质高等专科职业院校”和“双高计划”高水平学校建设单位，2024年首轮“双高计划”绩效评价获“优”等。师资队伍特色鲜明，专任教师博士化率达53.2%，专业课教师“双师型”比例92%，拥有国家级教学名师等国家级人才13人。

The university ranks among the top institutions of its kind nationwide, earning titles as a "National High-Quality Vocational College" and "Double High-Level Plan" construction unit in 2019, with an "Excellent" rating in the 2024 Double High-Level Plan performance evaluation. Its faculty features 53.2% doctoral degree holders among full-time teachers and 92% "dual-qualification" rate for professional course instructors, including 13 national-level talents such as national teaching masters.

深化产教融合，学校建设腾讯、开源鸿蒙等4个高等工程师学院，牵头成立全国信息技术应用创新和国家工业软件两大行业产教融合共同体，与商汤、大疆等企业共建16个产业学院。2023年工程科学学科入选ESI全球前1%，2名教师入选全球前2%顶尖科学家，成为大湾区数字化人才供给高地和技术服务重要力量。

Pioneering industry-education integration, the university has established 4 Higher Engineering Colleges with partners like Tencent and OpenHarmony, led two national industry-education integration consortia for IT application innovation and industrial software, and co-founded 16 industry colleges with enterprises including SenseTime and DJI. In 2023, its Engineering discipline entered the top 1% of ESI global rankings, with 2 faculty members listed among the world's top 2% scientists, solidifying its position as a key digital talent hub and technical service provider in the Greater Bay Area.
