石家庄职业技术学院（石家庄开放大学）创建于1984年，是经教育部批准、石家庄市人民政府主办的全日制普通高等院校，为国家级优质高职院校、国家现代学徒制试点单位、“中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划”高水平专业群建设单位，位居河北省同类院校前列。学校形成了以全日制高等职业教育、开放教育、社区教育三位一体，多种办学形式并存的办学格局，设有管理系、经济贸易系等13个系部，构建了以智能建造与智能制造类专业集群为核心，电子信息类、现代服务类等多专业集群协调发展的专业体系，现有国家级骨干专业5个、国家级精品课程2门，省级以上教学成果奖21项。

Shijiazhuang Vocational and Technical College (Shijiazhuang Open University), founded in 1984, is a full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by Shijiazhuang Municipal People's Government. It is a national high-quality vocational college, a national modern apprenticeship pilot unit, and a construction unit for high-level professional groups under the "China特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划" (Double High-Level Plan), ranking among the top vocational colleges in Hebei Province. The college has formed a three-in-one school-running pattern integrating full-time higher vocational education, open education, and community education, with 13 departments including the Department of Management and the Department of Economics and Trade. It has built a professional system centered on intelligent construction and intelligent manufacturing professional clusters, coordinated with electronic information, modern service, and other professional clusters, boasting 5 national key majors, 2 national excellent courses, and 21 provincial and above teaching achievement awards.

学校现有教职工900余人，其中博士26人、正高级职称65人，拥有国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队2个、省级团队4个；全日制在校生12900余人，成人教育本专科在籍生8000余人，面向全国17个省（市）招生，毕业生就业率连续多年保持99%以上。学校积极深化产教融合，建有5个校企共建二级学院，牵头成立2个省级职业教育集团，与企业共建院士工作站、应用技术协同创新中心等校企合作平台，是联合国教科文组织城市社区学习中心（CLC）项目实验点，荣获“全国职业院校魅力校园”“河北省职业教育先进单位”等称号。

The college has over 900 faculty members, including 26 doctors and 65 professors with senior titles, and has 2 national vocational education teacher teaching innovation teams and 4 provincial teams. It enrolls more than 12,900 full-time students and over 8,000 part-time adult education students from 17 provinces (cities) nationwide, with a graduate employment rate exceeding 99% for many consecutive years. Actively promoting industry-education integration, the college has established 5 school-enterprise joint secondary colleges, led 2 provincial vocational education groups, and co-built academician workstations, applied technology collaborative innovation centers and other school-enterprise cooperation platforms with enterprises. It is an experimental site of the UNESCO Urban Community Learning Center (CLC) project and has been awarded titles such as "National Vocational College Charming Campus" and "Advanced Unit of Vocational Education in Hebei Province".
