山西国际商务职业学院是山西省人民政府举办的全日制普通高等职业院校，行政主管部门为山西省教育厅。学院创建于1984年，前身为山西省对外经济贸易干部学校、山西省对外经济贸易职工中等专业学校，2000年更名为山西省国际商务学校，2004年升格为山西国际商务职业学院。

Shanxi International Business Vocational College is a full-time public higher vocational college run by the People's Government of Shanxi Province, with its administrative department being the Shanxi Provincial Department of Education. Founded in 1984, the college was formerly known as Shanxi Foreign Economic and Trade Cadre School and Shanxi Foreign Economic and Trade Vocational Secondary School. It was renamed Shanxi International Business School in 2000 and upgraded to Shanxi International Business Vocational College in 2004.

学院坐落于山西省太原市，拥有校本部（太原市小店区龙堡街14号）、罗城校区（太原市晋源区晋祠路三段389号）两个校区，占地面积56798.62平方米，校舍总建筑面积61363.85平方米，教学仪器设备总值约2154.52万元，图书总数约52.4万册（馆藏纸质图书31.4万余册，电子图书84.6万册）。

The college is located in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, with two campuses: the main campus (No. 14 Longbao Street, Xiaodian District, Taiyuan) and Luocheng Campus (No. 389, Section 3, Jinci Road, Jinyuan District, Taiyuan). It covers an area of 56,798.62 square meters, with a total building area of 61,363.85 square meters. The total value of teaching instruments and equipment is approximately 21.5452 million yuan, and the total number of books is about 524,000 (including over 314,000 paper books and 846,000 e-books in the collection).

学院设有财务与会计系、商务系、信息技术系、文化与旅游系、计算机工程系5个教学系，开设有计算机应用技术、数字媒体技术、大数据与会计、国际商务等17个专业，形成了以国际商务、电子商务、计算机技术为核心的专业群，现有全日制在校生6420人，教职工548人，其中专任教师184人，副高以上职称38人，博士4人，双师型教师77人。

The college has 5 teaching departments: Department of Finance and Accounting, Department of Business, Department of Information Technology, Department of Culture and Tourism, and Department of Computer Engineering. It offers 17 majors including Computer Application Technology, Digital Media Technology, Big Data and Accounting, and International Business, forming professional clusters centered on international business, e-commerce, and computer technology. Currently, it has 6,420 full-time students and 548 faculty members, including 184 full-time teachers, 38 with senior professional titles, 4 doctors, and 77 double-qualified teachers.

学院秉持“强学力行、教学相长”的校训，深化产教融合，注重实践教学，建有省级特色专业、重点建设专业及高水平实训基地，积极组织学生参加各类技能竞赛并屡获佳绩，培养了大批适应商务及相关行业需求的高素质技术技能人才，2021-2023届毕业生毕业去向落实率均保持在83%以上。

Adhering to the school motto of "Strengthen Learning and Practice, Teach and Learn from Each Other", the college deepens the integration of industry and education, focuses on practical teaching, and has established provincial-level characteristic majors, key construction majors, and high-level training bases. It actively organizes students to participate in various skill competitions and has achieved excellent results, cultivating a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents who meet the needs of business and related industries. The employment rate of graduates from 2021 to 2023 has remained above 83%.
