陕西警察学院坐落于陕西省西安市，是陕西省人民政府举办的本科层次普通高等学校，由省公安厅主管，省教育厅进行业务指导和管理。作为陕西唯一获得人社部、公安部、教育部等六部门认可的享受公安专业人才招录培养制度改革政策的公安院校，学校始建于1952年举办的陕西省司法干部训练班，历经多次发展变革，于2024年5月经教育部批复正式设立为本科院校。

Shaanxi Police College is located in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. It is a public undergraduate higher education institution sponsored by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, under the supervision of the Provincial Public Security Department and with business guidance and management from the Provincial Department of Education. As the only public security college in Shaanxi recognized by six ministries including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Education to enjoy the reform policy for the recruitment and training system of public security professional talents, the college originated from the Shaanxi Judicial Cadre Training Class established in 1952. After several stages of development and transformation, it was officially approved by the Ministry of Education as an undergraduate college in May 2024.

It fully implements the Party's educational policy and fulfills the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Covering an area of 540 mu, the campus is located at No. 199, Qiyuan 2nd Road, Chanba Ecological Zone, Xi'an. The college is committed to cultivating high-quality applied public security talents, deepening the reform of the integrated talent training model of teaching, research, training and combat, and striving to build a high-level public security college that serves as a model in western China and ranks among the top in the country.
