山西文化旅游职业大学是2025年经山西省人民政府批准设立的公办本科层次职业学校，由原山西艺术职业学院、山西旅游职业学院、太原旅游职业学院、山西青年职业学院整合组建而成，隶属省教育厅管理，主要培养文旅领域高素质技术技能人才，全日制在校生规模暂定12000人。

Shanxi Vocational University of Culture and Tourism is a public undergraduate vocational school approved by the People's Government of Shanxi Province in 2025. It was established by integrating the former Shanxi Vocational College of Art, Shanxi Vocational College of Tourism, Taiyuan Vocational College of Tourism, and Shanxi Youth Vocational College. Affiliated to the Provincial Department of Education, it mainly cultivates high-quality technical and skilled talents in the cultural and tourism field, with a tentative full-time student scale of 12,000.

学校聚焦文旅融合特色，开设音乐表演、旅游管理、数字文旅等核心专业，整合山西省晋剧院、京剧院等五大艺术院团作为附属机构，构建"学练演创研"一体化培养体系。目前拥有多个校区，正推进潇河新校区建设，致力于打造国内一流的高水平文旅职业大学。

Focusing on the integration of culture and tourism, the university offers core majors such as Music Performance, Tourism Management, and Digital Culture and Tourism. It integrates five major art troupes including Shanxi Jinju Theater and Beijing Opera Theater as affiliated institutions, establishing an integrated "learning-practice-performance-creation-research" training system. Currently operating multiple campuses, it is advancing the construction of the new Xiaohe Campus, striving to become a first-class high-level vocational university of culture and tourism in China.
