天津渤海职业技术学院是经天津市政府批准设立、国家教育部备案的全日制公办高等职业院校，其化工职业教育办学历史可追溯至1958年，2001年正式成立高职学院。学院坐落于渤海之滨的天津市，占地面积671亩，校舍建筑总面积31万平方米，传承范旭东、侯德榜等化工先驱的爱国精神与企业血脉，被誉为化工企业人才的“黄埔军校”。

Tianjin Bohai Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Tianjin Municipal Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Its chemical vocational education history dates back to 1958, and it was officially established as a higher vocational college in 2001. Located in Tianjin on the coast of the Bohai Sea, the college covers an area of 671 mu with a total building area of 310,000 square meters. Inheriting the patriotic spirit and corporate heritage of chemical pioneers such as Fan Xudong and Hou Debang, it is known as the "Whampoa Military Academy" for chemical enterprise talents.

学院是教育部“中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划”建设单位、国家级优质专科高等职业院校，拥有国家教育教学成果一等奖，同时为天津市世界先进水平高职院校项目建设单位及中国石油和化学工业院校文化建设示范单位。学院以化工类和智能制造类专业为特色，在校生1.2万余人，通过深化教育链、人才链、创新链、产业链融合，构建现代职业教育行业办学体系，培养的学生累计获世界职业院校技能大赛奖项13项、全国职业院校技能大赛奖项27项，毕业生去向落实率连续多年保持95%以上。

The college is a construction unit of the Ministry of Education's "China特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划" (China's High-level Vocational Schools and Specialties Construction Plan), a national high-quality vocational college, and has won the first prize of National Educational and Teaching Achievements. It is also a construction unit of Tianjin's world-class vocational college project and a demonstration unit for cultural construction in petroleum and chemical industry colleges. With chemical engineering and intelligent manufacturing as its featured disciplines, the college has over 12,000 students. By deepening the integration of education, talent, innovation, and industry chains, it has built a modern vocational education system. Its students have won 13 awards in World Vocational College Skills Competitions and 27 awards in National Vocational College Skills Competitions, with a graduate employment rate exceeding 95% for many consecutive years.
