天津国土资源和房屋职业学院是一所经天津市人民政府批准、教育部备案，由天津市住房和城乡建设委员会举办的公办全日制普通高等职业院校，创建于1973年，坐落于天津市滨海新区大港学苑路600号。学院依托行业特色，在全国及天津市首创或率先开办房地产经济与管理、物业管理、国土资源管理、电梯工程等专业，现开设智能建造、不动产管理、建筑艺术等25个专业，形成覆盖建筑全产业链的专业布局，是天津市高等职业教育示范性院校、智能建造高水平专业群建设单位。

Tianjin Land Resources and Housing Vocational College is a public full-time higher vocational college approved by the Tianjin Municipal People's Government, registered with the Ministry of Education, and sponsored by the Tianjin Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission. Founded in 1973, it is located at No. 600 Xueyuan Road, Dagang, Binhai New Area, Tianjin. Relying on industry characteristics, the college pioneered or took the lead in offering majors such as Real Estate Economics and Management, Property Management, Land Resources Management, and Elevator Engineering in Tianjin and even the whole country. Currently, it offers 25 majors including Intelligent Construction, Real Estate Management, and Architectural Art, forming a professional layout covering the entire construction industry chain. It is a model higher vocational college in Tianjin and a construction unit for high-level professional groups in intelligent construction.

学院秉承“德能兼备、师从百工”的校训，坚持“依法治校、质量立校、服务强校、管理兴校”的办学理念，拥有一支以“双师型”教师为主体的师资队伍，下设5个二级学院。同时兼有住建部全国房地产行业培训中心、自然资源部干部教育培训中心天津基地等职能，为全国建设类一级资质培训机构，建校50余年来已培养数万名高素质技术技能人才，在住建领域行业办学特色鲜明。
