天津医科大学临床医学院是2004年经国家教育部确认的全国首批以新的机制和模式举办的独立学院，属于民办高等教育的重要组成部分。学院坐落于天津市滨海新区大港高校园区，占地面积334亩，建筑面积12.6万平方米，拥有图书馆、教学楼、实验楼等完备的教学和生活设施。

Tianjin Medical University Clinical College is one of the first batch of independent colleges confirmed by the Ministry of Education in 2004, operating under a new mechanism and model, and is an important part of private higher education.
