Tianjin University of Finance and Economics Pearl River College is an undergraduate-level independent college approved by the Ministry of Education, jointly organized by Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and Guangdong Pearl River Investment Co., Ltd. It is a full-time ordinary institution of higher education with the school code 14087, located at No. 2 Zhujiang North Ring East Road, Beijing-Tianjin New Town, Baodi District, Tianjin. The college focuses on economics and management, covering multiple disciplines such as engineering, liberal arts, education, and art, dedicated to cultivating applied high-quality talents.

学院校区占地面积近900亩，基础设施完善，拥有计算机房、多媒体教室、专业实验室等教学设施，图书馆纸质藏书132.05万册、电子图书122万册，还建有标准运动场、体育馆等体育设施。截至2023年5月，学院设有会计学、金融学、计算机科学与技术、英语、视觉传达设计等33个本科专业，在校生9200余人，师资队伍由400余名专兼职教师组成，常年聘有外籍教师任教。

The college campus covers an area of nearly 900 mu, with complete infrastructure, including computer rooms, multimedia classrooms, professional laboratories and other teaching facilities. The library has 1.3205 million paper books and 1.22 million e-books, and also has standard sports fields, gymnasiums and other sports facilities. As of May 2023, the college has 33 undergraduate majors such as Accounting, Finance, Computer Science and Technology, English, and Visual Communication Design, with more than 9,200 students. The teaching staff consists of more than 400 full-time and part-time teachers, and foreign teachers are employed all year round.
