铜仁职业技术大学是2025年6月经教育部批准成立的公办本科层次职业学校，坐落于贵州省铜仁市武陵山区腹地，校园总占地1397亩。学校办学历史可追溯至1938年国立三中江口分校农职部，历经铜仁职业技术学院等发展阶段，2024年以优秀等次完成国家首批"双高计划"建设，是国家民委与贵州省人民政府共建高校，国家骨干高职院校、国家优质高职院校。

Tongren Vocational and Technical University, approved by the Ministry of Education in June 2025, is a public undergraduate vocational institution located in the hinterland of Wuling Mountain Area in Tongren City, Guizhou Province, covering a total campus area of 1397 mu. Tracing its roots back to the Agricultural Vocational Department of Jiangkou Branch of National No.3 Middle School founded in 1938, the university evolved through stages including Tongren Vocational and Technical College, and completed the first batch of national "Double High-Level Plan" construction with excellent grades in 2024. It is a university jointly built by the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and Guizhou Provincial People's Government, as well as a national backbone higher vocational college and a national high-quality higher vocational college.

学校设有10个二级学院，开设5个职业本科专业及25个高职专业，涵盖农林牧渔、医药卫生等8个专业大类，其中国家级高水平专业群2个、国家级骨干专业13个。现有教职工1170人，专任教师789人，高级职称355人，双师型教师503人，拥有全国高校黄大年式教师团队等国家级教学团队3个，国家万人计划教学名师2人。

The university comprises 10 secondary colleges, offering 5 vocational undergraduate programs and 25 higher vocational programs covering 8 professional categories including agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, and medicine & health. Among these, there are 2 national high-level professional groups and 13 national key majors. The university has 1170 faculty members, including 789 full-time teachers, 355 with senior professional titles, and 503 dual-qualified teachers. It boasts 3 national-level teaching teams such as the National College Huang Danian-style Teacher Team, and 2 national-level teaching masters under the "Ten Thousand Talents Plan".

学校建有民族中兽药分离纯化技术国家地方联合工程研究中心等省部级以上科研平台22个，与176家企业共建产业学院3个，现有在校生11056人，累计培养近10万名优秀人才，荣获全国教育工作先进单位、全国高职院校育人成效50强等称号，致力于建设特色鲜明、区域一流的高水平职业技术大学。

The university has established 22 provincial-level and above scientific research platforms including the National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Separation and Purification Technology of Ethnic Chinese Veterinary Medicine. It has jointly built 3 industrial colleges with 176 enterprises, currently having 11,056 students and having cultivated nearly 100,000 outstanding talents. It has been awarded titles such as National Advanced Unit in Education Work and Top 50 National Higher Vocational Colleges in Education Effectiveness, striving to build a high-level vocational and technical university with distinctive characteristics and regional first-class status.
