西安财经大学行知学院坐落于古都西安白鹿原大学城，是2004年经教育部批准，由西安财经大学和社会力量合作举办的独立学院。学校以经济和管理学科为主，经、管、文、理、艺、教等多学科协调发展，秉承“乐于奉献、勇于创造、手脑相长、行知合一”的行知精神，践行“学精于勤、业成于信”的校训，致力于培养应用型人才。

Xingzhi College of Xi'an University of Finance and Economics is located in Bailuyuan University Town, the ancient capital of Xi'an. Approved by the Ministry of Education in 2004, it is an independent college co-founded by Xi'an University of Finance and Economics and social forces. With economics and management as its main disciplines, the college promotes coordinated development of multiple disciplines including economics, management, liberal arts, science, arts, and education. It upholds the "Xingzhi Spirit" of being willing to dedicate, brave to create, integrating hands and brain, and unifying knowledge and practice, and practices the school motto of "Excellence in Learning through Diligence, Success in Career through Integrity", committed to cultivating applied talents.

学校设有经济与统计学院、管理学院、会计学院等6个教学单位，开设会计学、金融学、数据科学与大数据技术等26个本科专业，形成了财经特色鲜明的专业布局。现有教职工533人，其中专任教师373人，副高级以上职称146人，师资队伍结构合理，教学科研实力稳步提升。

The college has 6 teaching units including the School of Economics and Statistics, School of Management, and School of Accounting, offering 26 undergraduate majors such as Accounting, Finance, and Data Science and Big Data Technology, forming a distinctive professional layout with financial characteristics. There are 533 faculty members, including 373 full-time teachers and 146 with associate senior titles or above, with a reasonable faculty structure and steadily improving teaching and research strength.
