兴安职业技术大学是经教育部批准设立的公办本科层次职业学校，其前身为2001年成立的兴安职业技术学院，2025年6月升格为职业技术大学，学校标识码为4115012443。学校位于内蒙古自治区兴安盟乌兰浩特市，是该地区唯一一所综合性高等职业院校，占地面积1517.77亩，建筑面积24.65万平方米，馆藏图书154.31万册，校内外实习实训场所284个。

Xing'an Vocational and Technical University is a public undergraduate vocational school approved by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Xing'an Vocational and Technical College established in 2001, which was upgraded to a vocational and technical university in June 2025 with the school identification code 4115012443. Located in Ulanhot City, Xing'an League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, it is the only comprehensive higher vocational college in the region, covering an area of 1517.77 mu with a building area of 246,500 square meters, a collection of 1.5431 million books, and 284 internal and external internship and training sites.

学校以职业教育为办学定位，聚焦“新农科、新能源”品牌专业和“一老一小、现代服务业”特色领域，首批设置动物医学、学前教育、护理、旅游管理4个职业本科专业。现有全日制在校生8097人，教职员工733人，其中专任教师467人，正高级职称59人，“双师型”教师297人。学校是全国教育改革创新示范院校、自治区级示范校，也是国家高技能人才培训基地和全区乡村振兴人才培训基地。

The university focuses on vocational education, with key areas in "new agricultural sciences, new energy" as brand majors and "elderly care, childcare, and modern service industry" as特色 fields. It initially offers 4 vocational undergraduate programs: Veterinary Medicine, Preschool Education, Nursing, and Tourism Management. Currently, it has 8,097 full-time students and 733 faculty members, including 467 full-time teachers, 59 with senior professional titles, and 297 "double-qualified" teachers. It is a national demonstration college for educational reform and innovation, an autonomous region-level demonstration school, as well as a national high-skilled talent training base and a regional rural revitalization talent training base.
