西昌民族幼儿师范高等专科学校是2018年3月经四川省人民政府批复、教育部备案，由凉山州人民政府举办的公办全日制普通高等专科学校，坐落于中国航天城、月亮城——西昌市。学校现有安宁与海河两个校区，占地面积392.5亩，校舍建筑面积21.58万平方米，总投资13.5亿元。2021年3月，凉山民族师范学校撤销建制整体并入，进一步整合了优质教育资源。

Xichang Minzu Preschool Normal College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Sichuan Province and filed by the Ministry of Education in March 2018, sponsored by the People's Government of Liangshan Prefecture. It is located in Xichang City, known as China's Space City and Moon City. The college has two campuses, Anning and Haihe, covering an area of 392.5 mu with a building area of 215,800 square meters, with a total investment of 1.35 billion yuan. In March 2021, Liangshan Minzu Normal School was abolished and integrated into the college as a whole, further integrating high-quality educational resources.

学校以“明道、立德、育爱、奉献”为校训，坚持“学生为本、教师为重、专业为基、学术为要、文化为魂、民族为根”的办学理念，面向基础教育、乡村振兴和民族地区发展需求，开设学前教育、小学教育、艺术教育等19个专业，在校学生7000余人，教职工400余人。拥有附属幼儿园1所，校内外实习实训基地200余个，图书馆纸质图书30万余册，电子图书超100万种，为人才培养提供坚实保障。

With the school motto of "Upholding Dao, Cultivating Virtue, Nurturing Love, and Dedicating", the college adheres to the educational philosophy of "student-oriented, teacher-focused, major-based, academic-essential, culture-driven, and ethnicity-rooted". Catering to the needs of basic education, rural revitalization and ethnic region development, it offers 19 majors including Preschool Education, Primary Education, and Art Education, with over 7,000 students and more than 400 faculty members. It has 1 affiliated kindergarten, over 200 on-campus and off-campus internship and training bases, a library with more than 300,000 paper books and over 1 million e-books, providing solid support for talent cultivation.
